I know our support time is overseas which hasn't prevented them in responding quickly. But there have been times that I wish I could have picked up a phone to explain the issues we were having to save time and a lot of back and forth in emails.

Probably a face to face review monthly or quartely to improve outcomes and refine marketing strategies. There is no personality to the working relationship, not sure who is who. If you are going to be an outsourced option communication with management is critical to maintain and sustain the contract

We hired Pronto to redesign our 3 websites and provide ongoing maintenance when needed.

Cost and quality were the decisive factors.

The outgoing person at this job before I started in the position had started the redesign process with Pronto for 3 separate publication websites and a large quantity of articles, images, and ads for each. His instructions and plans for the new websites were awful. He left the position and I came on board to see that he had tasked Pronto with essentially recreating our old websites on a new platform with a new vendor. At this point Pronto was almost done with everything. I asked Pronto to redo everything essentially. That was a lot to ask of them and they still were gracious enough to work with me and get us to the right place. They did everything I asked all the way to the end.

I worked with 2 Project managers and at least 6 different people in web design and production.

Our traffic is improving and they are still helping us with SEO. Our clients notice and comment on the improved functionality and look of the sites.

I was most impressed at how accommodating they were for changes.

We are an outsourced Managed IT and Managed Security Company that also does HIPAA etc.

To update our website. However they misspelled HIPAA throughout the website. We had to come back and tell them where the misspells were. That is what we pay them for so we dont have to do that. We dont have the time to look for grammatical errors on our site they designed.

Yes taking time to review products before sending to the client to ensure grammar is accurate.
