We are an outsourced Managed IT and Managed Security Company that also does HIPAA etc.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pronto Marketing?

To update our website. However they misspelled HIPAA throughout the website. We had to come back and tell them where the misspells were. That is what we pay them for so we dont have to do that. We dont have the time to look for grammatical errors on our site they designed.

We use them for our monthly services.

We worked with several.

They were typically a very responsive team. We have done several projects with them in the past just were disappointed with them on this one.

decent sometimes I feel a phone call is better.

I am not sure.

Yes taking time to review products before sending to the client to ensure grammar is accurate.

Pronto is known for being the industry solution for managed service companies. They have been providing support and handling our website security for years.

Joy our project manager was very accommodating and provided many updates and worked with us to get the right solution for us instead of what was easiest for her. I appreciate her willingness to find a solution and collaborate.

Michaela in development, Mark and Dorji in the launch, and Joy primarily throughout the project.

Our SEO has improved with organic traffic.

Good joy was willing to get on calls with me despite our time difference.

We liked that they didn't need direction to take our project through the right way.

We've been using Pronto for both internal and customer websites for 10 years. Our original goal was to get that type of work off our plate so we could focus on more technical issues, and really hasn't changed.

We selected Pronto after talking to several other potential vendors as Pronto seemed to have the best grasp of our situation and we really liked their proposed processes.

That's hard to say since there's been so many of the years, but literally everyone we've worked with at Pronto over 10+ years has been outstanding.
