Everything is great! The projects are taken into account quickly and in the best possible conditions.

We use WhatsApp to communicate on the progress of the project, or with Google Sheets to define the different tasks.

The way they work. I envy them and they are a model for me. They have a great way of communicating, especially in Google Sheets.

What's tricky is my English. The problem is with me, not with them. However, they were flexible and very tolerant of my low level of English.

We contacted Prometteur Solutions PVT Ltd. initially to help us out with some struggles we had during the app development process. With issues with fine-tuning the frontend as well as creating the appropriate backend for a smooth running platform.

Already after the first meeting with their Sales Manager & Lead Developer, we were impressed by the variety of services they offer and the fast pace with which they understood the scope of our project. After some further analysis of our problems, we decided to hand them over the app development completely and also hire them for additional projects like Website development etc. The app was developed in Flutter with an SQL Database and NodeJS APIs.

We searched for developers over several platforms as well contacted some development studios in our hometown directly. We interviewed around 10 developer studios of which we received 6 offers. In the end, we decided on Prometteuer Solutions PVT Ltd. due to the following arguments:

The app hasn't been launched yet - so atm I am unable to provide feedback here. It is to mention that the current state of the app helped us secure a round 2 funding.

Collegial collaboration, hands-on mentality, solution-focused work attitude. I am highly impressed with their long-term thinking.

Maybe the onboarding of all parties on one project management platform from the beginning might have smoothend some processes, but communication was always top-notch.

The launch is still imminent, but the tests were promising. If we found a mistake, Prometteur solved it very quickly and in our favor

We worked together on a project with Prometteuer Solutions. It was our first collaboration with India. Prometteuer Solutions guided us through the project very well based on their experiences. Our specifications were processed step by step. What we particularly liked were the many inquiries. Only in this way is there a better understanding and the result at the end of the day is very good. We also had various video chats. The language of communication was English and it also worked very well. Otherwise, we have solved everything via WhatsApp, as it is now supposed to be. Prometteuer worked briskly, was goal-oriented and was not demanding, but very cautious. Overall, the cooperation and the working atmosphere were very good. Managers Vaibhav Pansambal and Snehal Bhatt were our direct contact persons in this project. Both did an excellent job and helped us at all times.
