I’m the founder of GALERINIAGA and doing business Website Development platform. Offer a wide range of web based services including Web Development, Web Hosting, Domain Registration, Ecommerce solutions, web consultancy and web management.

For what projects/services did your company hire Prolific Technolabs, and what were your goals?

Most of the services used are checking and troubleshooting bug error problems that occur on the website. Since we do not have a troubleshooting team if the website is faced with various bug error problems.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

By using the search of several platform service websites, we found them initially on one of the platforms where they provide troubleshooting and plugin/modules custom services for the prestashop website. From there we use them for the next project based on the prestashop and woocommerce platform.

Before doing any project, we usually deal and discuss on skype chat. They will check problems first and then solve the problem quickly without any problems

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

To troubleshoot website errors, identify problems, they are very skilled, expert and quickly solve the problem. They know what they are doing.

Usually we will discuss via skype and they will first check the problem, then give the cost of the costs involved. After we agree, they will solve the problem as soon as possible.

They're very skilled in relation to the services they provide.

I found him on Fiverr, and he had the skill set I needed.

I previously was working with another developer, but I was not getting the results I need. After I contacted Prolific Technolabs, he was able to fix the many existing issues and added the new one I needed.

He "know his stuff"; he is very skilled as it relates to what he does and so you get the results you are looking for.

I would explain my needs to him, and sometimes with some demonstration, he would provide costing with a timeline, I confirm and he delivers within the guidelines.
