The new webshop is everything I wanted. There’s a big difference from what we had in 2010 and what we have in 2020. We accomplished our goal of expanding further out into Europe. Now I can sell in Belgium, Holland, Germany, and France. They create really good content and provide help whenever needed.

We communicated via WhatsApp, Zoom, and any other means available.

I like the way the owner goes approaches projects. He listens because he wants to deliver exactly what we’re asking for. They’re flexible with making changes according to our feedback.

Every company has room for improvement, but there’s nothing major I can point out.

PrograminStudio designed and developed my E-commerce wordpress site from scratch, taking into account all my requirements and understanding the nature of my business. They developed a fully working, dynamic e-commerce website which contained many advanced features. 
Due to Programin Studio these features mostly dynamic in terms of the adding of content to my site, it helped embed the technicalities and specifics for my business, brands I work with and products on the website. It was so easy to go through everything and select all the business and product specifics throughout the whole site and for each product.

All timelines and deadlines were met promptly, All to do lists were followed exactly as required and no request was too much. The development of the website was exactly as per design that was agreed.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, things were added on in development phase without a problem or issue. All deadlines were met, if anything there was delays from my side!

We were looking for a viable solution to combine our 2 existing websites in a manner similar to a www.gap.com. The goal was to keep each brand independent while at the same time providing customers to ability to have a unified checkout. Most of our customers know both our product lines well, and we were losing sales because customers did not want to process 2 separate transactions for the same vendor. 

We reached out to Shehzad and his team to explore options and decided Magento 2 was our best option to achieve this goal. The main deliverable at the start of the project was a unified checkout. We had not made requirements to deliver anything beyond this, but as the project progressed, more deliverables were added to keep enhancing the UX aspect.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the constant communication with the entire team, we were always kept aware of tasks as they were completed. Since the project scope was quite broad and the initial deliverables were limited, our milestones kept expanding as the project progressed. The team was exceptional in setting realistic deadlines and informing us of all progress as it happened.

I can honestly say that working with this team has been a dream. I consider them members of my core team rather than a service provider. They have taken a keen interest in our success and that is visible in the level of service we've been provided. They suggested improvements that they believed would increase our bottom line, found ways to minimize cost while still delivering the highest possible value at every step. 

Most all deadlines were met before or on-time with an occassional slippage due to circumstances out of our control (server outages, power disruptions, etc.) The entire team is a pleasure to work with - they are responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly, willing to work with you to achieve your vision. Every member is competent in their field and together have delivered a final website that we are ecstatic about. 

Despite geographic distances, they have remained responsive at odd times, and have taken hiccups in strides. We started as a purely customer-client transaction, but we truly feel like they're an integral part of our team now, and we value their input and feedback greatly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What has been most impressive to me is their constant desire to deliver a product that not only we would be proud of, but something their team thinks is worthy of their talent and vision. As initially stated, the starting point was a simple website redesign that was completed within a short time, but the relationship that blossomed from there on has truly taken our website to a new level. 

They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Despite differing opinions on how to approach certain milestones, there has never been an unamicable encounter to get the work completed.

There is always room for improvement in any setup, but from our side, we cannot point to any area that we felt was lacking as far as our project was concerned.

inSuper gathered requirements from the clients. Based on these requirements, we created UX/UI design. Once that was done, we proceeded to the development stage where we included PrograminStudio. We decided to use Magento 2 CMS. The core features that were implemented were:

• VAT Validation upon registration
• Custom layout
