We engaged PRISM⁵⁵ as a long-term partner to enhance our marketing efforts. Their extensive scope included developing a new website, creating a marketing strategy, and providing ongoing monthly support with marketing. They also helped with creative content for our social media and boosting our brand awareness. At We Do Group, we aim to be the best in everything we do, so we chose to work with a partner that has a broad skillset, expertise, and experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes we set for our partnership with PRISM⁵⁵ were quite comprehensive. Firstly, we aimed to significantly increase our brand awareness. This involved not only reaching a wider audience but also ensuring that our brand was more recognisable and memorable.

Secondly, we sought to develop a robust marketing strategy for the initial six months. This strategy would lay the groundwork for our marketing efforts, providing clear direction and actionable steps. Following this, we wanted a high-level marketing strategy that would guide us over the next few years, ensuring sustained growth and consistent brand messaging.

An important aspect of our objectives was to see a tangible ROI from our marketing spend. We wanted to ensure that every pound spent on marketing contributed to our bottom line and overall business growth. Another key goal was to increase engagement on our social media platforms. This meant not only growing our follower count but also enhancing interaction with our audience, leading to a more active and involved community around our brand.

We also had a specific timeline for the development of our new website. We wanted it to be built within three months, providing us with a modern, user-friendly platform that accurately represented our brand and supported our marketing efforts.

Finally, we aimed to explore and refine our brand’s tone of voice. This included the creation of a brand toolkit that we could use in the future, ensuring that all our communications were consistent and aligned with our brand identity. This toolkit would serve as a valuable resource for maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all channels.

Exceptional. The whole team were very connected - I would go as far as to say that Prism55 feel like an extension of our business. All work was completed on time to a very high standard and there was great communication throughout. We always had an account manager online and the team always went above and beyond to deliver.
