Primsens did the best they could and delivered their end of the project in due course. None of the delays in the project was the fault of Primsens. Lakal, the project manager on Primsens's side, always made himself available for meetings and kept us informed of progress and blockages.

Primsens tend to use up-to-date technology and are forward-thinking with their solutions. So you avoid the issue of your tech being out of date as soon as you take delivery.

PrimeSens primarily worked on backend and API development. The main deliverable was data extraction from two specific document types and turning this into an API call. The team also did some frontend development work for the account management module.

We found them on LinkedIn. Their pricing fit our budget, and their skill sets seemed to align with our project goals. However, the experience of working with PrimeSens was horrible.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The project was unsuccessful. There were months of delays. Ultimately, PrimeSens delivered a subpar product many months late, even though the scope remained consistent from the outset. After over a year of work, the head of PrimeSens quit the project without agreed-upon deliverables, kept our code, and demanded a $25,000 ransom to release it.PrimeSens was given multiple opportunities to finish the project, which we ultimately stopped because they were incapable of delivering based on their own timelines and promises. The owner was untrustworthy and had poor communication — many missed meetings, no replies, and no clarification on why delivery was months behind schedule. He quit and refused to hand over the company code, violating every norm and his own contract agreement.PrimeSens' lack of delivery prevented the full success of our product. They promised an MVP, and 10 months after the deadline, they kept making excuses for why the product wasn't working at an acceptable accuracy. They failed to deliver other features that we agreed on multiple times and ran off with our company code. Truly unprofessional, illegal, and shady behavior.Customers complained of a 40% error rate on document processing after over one year of development, which was unacceptable.
