Pressly was selected becouse they are also developing other project for us. Therefore, they know how our business operates and what we needed

Scope of work:

- woocomerce webiste (front and back-end)

- synhronization with our warehouse software

- payment gateway

- special script for complicated ways of delivery (porcelain tiles are heavy and require special transport)

- special script for counting 2 ways of packing of product (square meters and packages)

- consulting and workshops for our company to learn how to manage e-commerce shop

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Pressly met our requirements despite many troubles with third-party companies (warehouse software). It's very crucial to mention that we required complicated, individual works.

They had good communication, meeting our set timelines. Systematic meetings where we discussed current done work and upcoming one along with possible corrections

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication. The fact that they were ready for our individual requirements, which are connected to the style of our industry

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None of delays were caused because of pressly. Great job

I'm the IT specialist in a company. My duty is to take care of all IT infrastucture.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pressly, and what were your goals?

We had problem with managing our clients data. We had many different sales deals, but any application to manage them and analys. Pressly is a partner of Bitrix24 application and thier goal was to create new business processes in Bitrix application. What is more thier integrated it with our ERP system and made business automation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them throug referall and appointed a meeting to discuss our case. Mr Jakub was a pure professionalist and had a hughe knowledge about business processes and CRM application. After the meeting we got an offer from Pressly and it was acceptable for us. Then we started our cooperation.

Pressly designed all business processes connected with our sales team. We started from analysing our company and processes mapping. Then Pressly created the scope of work and in miles stones wrote what we have to do. The first milestone was an integration with our ERP system. Then Pressly started to adjust Bitrix for our expectation. Throug the whole process there was an excellene communication with our sales team to meet their needs. After adjusting system, they made a coaching workshop for managers and then employees. The whole project was run in SCRUM methodology.

We worked directly with CEO Mr Jakub Wejwoda and his developers Kacper and Paweł.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our sales team now works more efficient. Since this project we noticed the raise of income up to 20% and I'm sure that part of it is a result of new CRM system. What is more, sales team is very satisfied with using Bitrix.

They were very flexible, they worked in SCRUM and used Trello for task management, Slack for communication and Clockify for time management. The communication was excellent during the whole project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication and the level of professionalism. They are expercts in that field and know how to make a proper business workshop, analyssis and implementation. I was also imprresed about Kacper and Paweł - developers. They worked realy fast and everything worked and still work fine :)

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, in my opinion, other companies could learn from Pressly.

What challenges were you trying to address with Pressly?

I needed someone to create our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an initial meeting with Pressly to provide them with information about our business and discuss our needs. After that, they designed and developed our website. The site displayed our menu and contact information.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a project manager, two developers, and two UI/UX designers.

How did you come to work with Pressly?

I found Pressly over the internet while researching for website developers. They were also based in our city, and we were happy to support businesses within our community. We also checked their portfolio and really liked their previous projects, so we decided to contact and work with them.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around $2,000–$3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from October 2020–January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Pressly was very efficient, and they met all of our deadlines. After we accepted their proposal, they established a schedule and a set of milestones which they followed through on in a timely manner.

How did  Pressly perform from a project management standpoint?

I was delighted with Pressly’s project management. We had weekly meetings where they presented the project’s progress — I only have good things to say about them in that regard. We mainly communicated via phone calls, but also through Google Meets and in-person meetings. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Pressly stood out for being very professional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We waited for about a month before starting the project because their team was already booked with other projects. I suggest that they hire more people, so they can simultaneously take over more tasks.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust their skills and take their advice because they are very experienced and knowledgeable.

Pressly was strongly recommended by a CEO of a solid company that I knew for a long time.

Starting from UX workshops, mock-ups and a lot of brainstorms we move very quickly to XD model.

The main contact was a PM and the whole team (graphics, developers) from both sides used Slack which helped a lot.

All end clients really liked our new webpage.
