I am the owner at Zaiiaz Enterprises. It is a handicrafts and decorative items export company.

I was in need of a personal ecommerce website for showcasing my products to my existing clients as well as the new ones. They helped me a lot customising it and fulfilling all my needs for the platform.

I searched local website developement company online and i found 4-5 companies for that and i visited all of them personally. It was an Ecommerce website in which they built me Guest Checkout system so that my clients does not have to login to my website but directly purchase using PayPal. So they have developed this on my website with Guest Checkout and as well as normal member checkout system. it helped me a lot. thanks only to them

During my project i was in touch with three of them of which one person was project manager, one was web developer and one was graphic designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching site i was able to gather my clients directly on my website for purchasing my products unlike before where i used to sell on marketplaces like Ebay, Amazon, Etsy etc. So i didn't have to pay commissions to these websites which make me and my existing clients more Happy.

Communication was the very factor that i chose them for my project. they understood my needs so well that i don't have to provide them my extra time for explanation unlike others. And they promised me for solving any issue in future too.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication with me is the most deciding factor which i can always brag about to anyone. They understood my needs so well, and that convinced me to choose them and during project too they were very calm and understanding my needs sometimes i thought this company is made only for me. ???

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing much all good with them.

My name is Madhav and I am Manager at Meal in Box. It is a routine Lunch and Dinner delivery Service Startup. We do have our own cloud kitchens, from where meal boxes are packed and delivered by our own staff.

For what projects/services did your company hire Premad Software Solutions Pvt Ltd?

We hired Premad, for developing and Android app through which Customer can purchase their subscription either Lunch, Dinner or both. We also did want to customize our packages to our needs that a customer can choose only lunch or dinner if he wants. The one big problem was to record the Skipping of the meals from customer as they need to be carry forwarded. We want this problem automated.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to get the app developed in such manner that whenever a customer purchase a subscription, both delivery staff and the admin staff should know that an order has been confirmed. Also meal skips from customers will lend to delivery staff so that they do not deliver meal to respective customer on that day.

They were referred by one of my friend. He got his website developed from them.

Describe the project in detail.

This project took almost 7 months to get completed. After finalizing the quotes, they sent us a project specification document, which was based on the scope of our App. Starting 2 weeks for the design finalization. Later on they were on to the backend. In every 7 days they used to send us the updates. They took the last 20 days for testing the both of the apps (Customer and delivery).

What was the team composition?

There were 4 member allocated to our project. Project manager used to coordinate with use. But in the weekly meetings all 4 used be there. 1 Backend developer, 1 Android developer and 1 QA along with the team lead. There 4 were aligned to us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They completed the project in the given time. Also, provide an efficient solution to the main problem of recording the "Meals Skipped". Right now we are getting good results from this system as the manual process of recording skipped meals have vanished and it is managed very well. Moreover we are getting compliments from our customers for the design of the app.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow seems very nice. As they used to conduct weekly meetings in the development phase. We were getting the updates timely.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professionalism was impressive! They were very bound to their time. If they said 10 o clock the yes it was on that time. We got all the updates very timely.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not with the current system. Though they took 7 months to get our app developed but the issue has finished. And that's what we wanted.
