The primary objective of developing an AI-based intent detection platform was to help businesses classify user conversations using AI and machine learning algorithms. Pranshtech’s role here was to develop an intent detection and classification system that analyzes user text input.

We tasked their team with the development of this AI platform. They started working on the project after the initial requirement sharing. We explained them what features we required them to develop and how this web platform should function.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The accuracy of intent detection and classification against a standard dataset was the primary measurable outcome of this project. However, we also want to monitor the usage of our platform and ensure its scalability. So, we are tracking the number of queries processed, active users, and the growth of the user base over time.

Pranshtech is by far the greatest at handling my project and has well-planned strategies in place to manage the work. They were mostly on time with their deliverables and responded greatly to our changes and other needs. I want to thank Vishal for taking great care of my project work.

They were prompt in addressing any questions or change requests I had. And considering the number of change requests I had for them, they remained patient and calm and provided regular updates about progress, milestones achieved, and issues encountered.

We needed a simple platform that allows individuals and businesses to check contact numbers they have are valid to improve their SMS and telecalling communication. Pranshtech’s job was to design and develop a system that could effectively detect landline numbers, DNC numbers, and known litigators.

The measurable outcome for us was the accuracy of the platform to detect the invalid contact number from the bulk list of contacts provided. Through some trial and error, the Pranshtech team was able to deliver a platform that enables businesses to accurately filter out invalid numbers.

Dhaval and the team were always on time with their deliverables, a few exceptions aside. They are still making sure that the product is working seamlessly and making refinements and updates from time to time.

Work was to include the complete re-design of our website, including adding multiple custom post types for the back end and user account types for listing new horses, management of horses, management of billing and billing history, as well as staff members, managers, admins, super admins for varied degree of access for various areas of front-end and back end access. 

This will help guide the path to the mobile apps for faster management of horses, lessons, tracking, schedules, and ont he front end for customer use the tracking of billing, there riding history, events and more.

Weekly zoom meetings helped showcase the progress of the project, and address any concerns, or changes that would need to be made as the project progressed forward. We also had trello access for checking status of each milestone of the project broke down by section with specific tasks per milestone.

Delivery was great, and fulfilled my expectations wonderfully. All tasks were completed on time as expected even over-delivered with changes I wanted to have made along the way within the already set deadline. They are a warehouse of knowledge and expertise.  Web development, ecom, content, marketing, design, mobile they do it all.

Their attention to over deliver and make sure I was happy at the end was a great experience. I have worked with many companies before that have failed to deliver the agreed upon project, or a lot of back and forth and I did not experience that with Pranshtech. Everything was mapped out and executed in a timely fashion, on time, and exactly as requested. Even going as far as to help me work out some things I had not thought of initially.
