I’m the IT manager for IT Manager for Restaurant who has 10 branches.

We wanted to develop an e-commerce app to expand our digital presence.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with Pramukh Digital in 2019 to complete a different project for our previous company after successful delivery of the previous project we decided to extend our collaboration by hiring them again for this development project.

We hired a team of dedicated developers on monthly basis which included one project manager, Android Developer, IOS Developer, one back-end developer along with QA and designer.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was a team of 7-8 Developers including designers, Developers BA and QA, the project manager did a great job. We were very impressed with the service that was been given by the project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Pramukh Digital team has genuineness and uprightness, and they offer great service. Frequently, when we work with the big company, we will not have a similar degree of commitment. Be that as it may, we used to get over a call anytime with Pramukh Digital if we needed more help. Their service is unbeatable.

We had a general meeting once a week via Google Meet. They met all of the deadlines. The communication was great and they adapted to our preferred communication methods and tools. We are located on the Austin, TX and they are in India, but we were able to meet with them on a regular basis.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they walk us through the process is outstanding. They're also friendly and talk us through everything as they mapped it out. They tell us alternate ways to think about handling the project and help us think through our decisions. It feels a lot more like a partnership than someone just doing what we ask them to do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I don't have any complaints.
