Technical team had meeting with us to gather the requirement and we provide them what ever information requested by them to start the work and after the 1st phase completion again we had meeting to understand whether solution meet expected requirement and feedback which is very productive for us. The necessary changes are accommodated and final product delivered to us within agreed time frame.

They do have quality check team to check the final product and i prefer if they use advance technical tools to check the quality of the product.

Before this new design implemented, we had a lot of complaints from our customers about searching the site, insufficient contents, quality and the loading speed of images, etc. After implementation of the website by PragITCTS the said issues were no more there and customers and suppliers both are happy about the performance and information are given on the site.

We had weekly project meetings online. The project manager updated a shared project plan daily. So we had a good visibility about the progress. Project Manager communicated with our team for any submissions from the client giving enough time for the submission.

Their guidance throughout the project was the key to completing the project on time and successfully.

In this project, I didn't experience anything as such. They have done a very good job.

I’m the managing director of Colombo Picture Palace (CPP) Glass. We deal in architectural glass, mirrors, and tempered glass. We import from reputed global brands and supply projects in the private and public sector in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

What challenge were you trying to address with PragICTS?

We originally built our website in-house. When that developer left, we decided to outsource the new rebranding and website design. We had the same logo since the inception of the company, and our brand was quite well-known in Sri Lanka.

What was the scope of their involvement?

PragICTS helped us completely rebrand by creating a new company logo and website. The website features pictures of our previous projects and includes a lot of technical detail. The team created content for the site and now manages SEO.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with four people from PragICTS on a regular basis, including a project manager.

How did you come to work with PragICTS?

We shortlisted a number of companies but picked PragICTS based on their past projects. They had positive reviews from customers in Sri Lanka, could explain their process, and offered flexible pricing.

The other people we shortlisted wanted lump-sum payments, while PragICTS allowed us to pay on a monthly basis. Additionally, the other potential partners I spoke to wanted to give us a template website, but PragICTS built it from scratch.

They were initially recommended to me by a business contact. After talking with them, I found out that their CEO had worked for a large conglomerate and had studied the industry. I was very impressed by his experience.

How much have you invested with them?

They gave us a rate of $1,000 per month for website maintenance and updates (approximately $24,000 in total).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with PragICTS in April 2019, and the project was completed in June of that year. The collaboration is ongoing for website updates.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our visitor count increased significantly after going live with the new website. We’re getting a lot of inquiries and a lot of new business.

How did PragICTS perform from a project management standpoint?

They told us there might be unforeseen delays at the beginning of the project, and they built that into the timeframe. The only delay was caused by our side, but PragICTS still delivered in the estimated time. We usually communicate through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve become part of our team. They took over the project and took the time to understand how the customer would see us. They also gave us a lot of ideas on the design of our website.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their work is excellent. I’ve had no issues with them.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

In order to get the most out of PragICTS, they should be given a briefing of the company history and of its products. It’ll help them generate more ideas.
