Innovative Business Funding (IBF) is a boutique funding brokerage specializing in fast, flexible financing solutions for startups, established companies, and entrepreneurs who need capital to grow. Whether your business needs working capital, lines of credit, SBA loans, equipment financing, or real estate investment funding, IBF connects you with the right lenders—offering more opportunities than traditional banks. Our mission is to help businesses access the funding since we are a broker offer solutions with many options.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The redesiged my webpage from another webdesigner and they added other features to get clients to call or inquire.  I am a finance company, they also wanted to make sure that the webpage was secure.  I had more than one type of businesses, so there were other pages and content that needed to be rewritten.  It took sometime and input from the designers.  I am also in the process of designing a phone application for mortgage, real estate etc so that customers can apply quickly, they took someone to go other the design on that project as well.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Several steps of first initial design, then how many pages, products, wording of products, color and logo and branding. Changing the original webpage and redesigning the project to a webpage, they allowed me to audit each page and approve or deny and make any changes throughout the process. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Mike, was the main person he delegated the project to his team and explained the process when I received the main person, it was seamless process and communication.  Based on timeframes they were in NY and I was CA - they did zoom meetings even though it was late for them, they called me when I was available, week nights, weekends and whenever we both could schedule a meeting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Able to take a project, and giving me the full picture of how I can imagine how my webpage will look like. They showed similar projects they worked on and then asked me if I wanted almost the same concept and change to my liking.  I also and input in the design as well as the colors and wording, as well as the references.  There was a few tweeks at the end, My husband and I were very satisfied and happy.  Also they gave me a presentation on my phone application and forwarded to me.  I still have that idea I am going to proceed with. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Praetors LLC could have done differently?

Nothing really other than, because they were creative and at the same time on the phone with customers, trying to get business,  they are very busy.  I had left emails and texts, Mike is always on top of any concerns I may have.
