One metric we focused on was daily active users (DAU). From the beginning of the project to now, the daily active user increased by ~4X.

In general, Povio was fairly responsive to our needs. In the beginning of the project, there were some challenges meeting deadlines for deliverables. Collectively, we worked on improving our processes and communication, which helped improve delivery times.

Povio has a product development process that followed the principles of agile development.

One opportunity of improvement is Povio can improve its decomposition of product specifications into detailed tickets that can be used by their engineers for development.
