Since we do not have in-house web designers and web developers, we hired PopArt Studio to design and develop professional website for PREMIUM SALON. By doing this, we were hoping to increase our online presence and traffic substantially by the end of the year.

We searched online for web designers and developers in Serbia and chose PopArt Studio in Novi Sad and one more web agency in Belgrade. After interviewing them, we chose PopArt based on their past projects and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups for our website, designed and developed an informational site. After everything was approved including the content, the website was programmed / coded.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also designers and developers working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we saw a significant increase in traffic comparing to the prevailing website we used to have. Our clients now have a better understanding of our services.

We had daily calls with the project manager, who communicated with designers and developers. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare.

There were no issues with launching the website nor mistakes, so we will definitely recommend PopArt Studio to everyone!

After a short planning, discovery period, we finalized the logo design in about two weeks after a few design and review cycle. We can iterate through many designs in the 7 weeks followed. In order to meet our deadline, development and deployment started during the last week of design and completed the week after.

We worked with a project manager, a marketing/SEO specialist, a web designer, a logo designer, two WordPress developers.

The website is well accepted internally and externally among our partners.

It was a little bit challenging to collaborate with them because of the time zone difference. We eventually got used to it.

It would be nice to have more choices on home page design. We are limited by the tight timeline though.

They began by delivering a web design sketch, but I didn’t like the first version. However, after several revisions, I was delighted with it. I had the opportunity to revise every website page and I was satisfied with the unique style. They then built the CMS, which is very easy for us to use for future updates—we don’t have to go through the designers every time.
