Pointer was contracted to engage our market using email outbound. We had a hypothesis of who the ideal customer profile was and the messaging that would resonate. This had not been tested. Pointer helped define the ICP, Build lists of theTotal Accessible Market and engage them using emails.
They write the emails, build the lists and created the email system to allow for delivering emails to the primary inbox at scale The key deliverable was to get conversations with the audience in the form of discovery and demos calls. Secondary objectives were direct registrations and product awareness.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Over the course of the campaign, we had over 72 positive engagements. More if we are including the secondary objectives such as self registration, and product awareness. The cold email campaign had a 26.93 reply rate and a 21.84% positive reply rate.
