Most deliverables were completed on time. In cases where deadlines shifted, it was usually due to a change in priorities, which we tracked transparently through a regularly updated priorities list. The team worked in an agile way—initially with Scrum but eventually moving toward a Kanban/Scrumban model.

We aimed for weekly releases, and the team was highly responsive to new requests or urgent issues, quickly assessing and implementing changes when needed.
