In simple terms, Plavno had a big job to do. They developed my app that simplifies the way people handle shared expenses. They made sure the app could automatically figure out how much each person owes or is owed, whether they're splitting things equally or using custom rules and so on. 

Among others, they were responsible for implementing such features as group creation and expense verification via receipt. So, in a nutshell, Plavno's mission was to make sharing expenses a whole lot simpler, and they delivered on that front.

I’m the former head of marketing of an academic consulting company. Our company is German-based and helps students write academic papers and provides consultation.

Plavno’s project management was great because it was clear and open. They worked under sprints following Agile methodology and used Jira for project management. We could see what Plavno was working on through Jira and how much work was left, and we liked this because we didn’t need to ask many questions. 

The team conducted a demo at the end of each sprint, and other companies had told us that it would take six months to implement our LMS, while Plavno implemented our platform in four months.

The app displays all the information and creates graphs of earnings, the split between tips and profits, and only service fees. The MVP should have included such functionality as user registration and profile, integration with gig apps, data aggregation, earnings tracking, notifications.

Plavno started with designing the wireframe of the app's interface, followed by developing various features, such as the product catalog, veterinary advice section, and local services directory. Their team also implemented a recommendation engine that takes into account the user's pet's breed and age, providing personalized product recommendations. 

I used to work closely with Plavno team during the QA testing phase. Our QA team followed a testing process that involved both manual and automated testing. The manual testers used a range of techniques, such as exploratory testing, regression testing, and usability testing, to identify and report any issues. In addition to manual testing, we also used automated testing.
