What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

To date, my product roses to over 2,000 active users in Mexico and growing steadily at a rate of 100+ per month with a 5% paid subscription ratio.

Highly responsive and methodical. Able to work in multiple fronts at the same time (web page, mobile app, customer service portal). It helped me deploy my plan in 7 months with all capabilities at the same time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We defined very unique dynamics to work together. I tried to anticipate whatever they need to move ahead and they managed to advance consistently throughout the project. For me, it was very important to have light touch communication without jumping on calls and they pull it through. I was reviewing designs, flows, testing all online at a very fast pace.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pixzelle Studio could have done differently?

Not for now, I had a very good experience working with Pixzelle Studio and found in them a great business enabler.

Pixzelle Studio always delivers on time and has great communication skills. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Time spent solely on generating key business metrics was reduced by 70%. Since the process is now automated, daily, weekly, and monthly reports can be generated very quickly

When it came to project management, keeping communication smooth and agile regarding project updates was essential. Additionally, we held weekly status meetings to review progress and ensure continuous feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Before working with Pixzelle, I worked with two other companies, and neither provided the level of professionalism they did. From the start, they understood my business needs and structured a project plan with short- and medium-term deliverables to reach the final goal. Pixzelle Studio's openness to feedback was key to adjusting crucial details throughout the project's development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pixzelle Studio could have done differently?

Maybe building some prototypes of the final deliverable could help us get a better sense of what will be delivered at the end, without relying so much on heavy coding language
