I’m the director of Copyleft Solutions AS, an IT company. We provide a wide range of services and solutions focused on free and open-source software, serving as part of a larger family of companies based in Oslo.

Pixzelle Studio has been our preferred partner for all kinds of digital development, especially apps, which is their specialty. The team has helped us deliver complete solutions, including apps and integrations. Pixzelle Studio has delivered several mobile apps for us from A to Z. The team has handled everything, including design, planning, strategy, and project management.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Pixzelle Studio has delivered very well-functioning apps that have given us great success. The team has been vital in helping us deliver several apps to government clients, big companies, and small companies. Overall, Pixzelle Studio has delivered 10 apps.

How did Pixzelle Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Pixzelle Studio always delivers on time and has great communication skills. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Pixzelle Studio's ability to understand our needs and customize the solution exactly to our wishes is impressive.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Time spent solely on generating key business metrics was reduced by 70%. Since the process is now automated, daily, weekly, and monthly reports can be generated very quickly

When it came to project management, keeping communication smooth and agile regarding project updates was essential. Additionally, we held weekly status meetings to review progress and ensure continuous feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Before working with Pixzelle, I worked with two other companies, and neither provided the level of professionalism they did. From the start, they understood my business needs and structured a project plan with short- and medium-term deliverables to reach the final goal. Pixzelle Studio's openness to feedback was key to adjusting crucial details throughout the project's development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pixzelle Studio could have done differently?

Maybe building some prototypes of the final deliverable could help us get a better sense of what will be delivered at the end, without relying so much on heavy coding language
