I am the sole owner/operator of my painting/art business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pixels & Coconuts, and what were your goals?

I'm just starting my venture into my self employment and I needed a beautiful space in which to showcase and sell my paintings. I hired them to build that website for me, as my time and technical skills are limited.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They had a great online presence and I had been getting to know them thought zoom meets, so I had grown to like their morals and liked their previous website builds.

We had a zoom meet to see what I was wanting and envisioning for my business. After they decided that they could help, and they wanted my business as well, they sent over a quote and a timeline. Once the deposit was paid, I was sent with a detailed timeline and list of things to prepare for PAC to get started. There were regular check-ins and if I ever had questions they were very helpful. Once they received everything they needed they started building my site, there were regular check-ins and updates as to what was being completed, as well as my approval of each step or change. If I had questions they always made open communication feel free flowing and easy. They always answered my questions with kindness and understanding. Once the project was complete there was a final review and an instruction session for me to be able to run the site on my own. Everything was run through google drive so it was easy to hand information back and forth. We were also working with a significant time difference, yet I feel we were considerate and mindful of that, so it was not a problem.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were just the two team members of PAC Dani and Claudio. They both built and designed the site, while Dani was the main point of contact.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All the feedback I have received about my site has been overwhelmingly positive. I didn't have a site or platform to sell my things before so I have had 100% more traffic than before and have already made sales.

Before they started building my site there were few check-ins to make sure I understood everything I needed to get together. once they started building the check-ins were almost daily from both parties.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication was outstanding. I never felt in the dark or left out as to what was happening. I was able to give and receive input very easily. I have found in the past even with corporate jobs communication is almost always lacking, but not with this team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, everything was perfect. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Since we launched our agency we were looking for the perfect team to develop our website, when we connected to Pixels & Coconuts we realized that they were the perfect people to create our masterpiece and here we are.

We found Dani (owner of P&C) on Instagram and we fell in love with the way she is, when we opened their website we realized that they were the right ones to develop ours.

We can say that talking to Claudio and Dani was part of our Friday routine, we had lots of video calls at the begging of the project and we created it together. Once the project was ready to be created they were very professional and ON TIME always.

Since our website is Live we have gotten tons of compliments about the design and it makes us very happy because that was one of our goals for this project. We wanted to be different from all the websites in our field and we have that.

They are very professional, always dealing with us through email and sharing a dropbox folder, the communication was always very friendly and we love that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How fast they can deliver a website once they have what they need, also they are very easy people to deal and talk to. We love how they share their opinions to complete our perfect website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe they are a GREAT team and I don't see what they can get better, they are amazing and super comprehensive.

I hired Pixels & Coconuts to design my website to help me grow my small business. I just started it officially earlier this year.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I chose them because they were very personable and easy to work with. They were also extremely helpful and generous, offering free advice before even agreeing to work together.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After an initial meeting discussing the needs and brand identity of my business, they worked up a draft of all the pages on my site. After approval of the draft pages, I supplied information for the various pages and shop items via Dropbox. This is where we shared/passed information back and forth.

I was then given access to the site to test forms, links, etc. After approval, the site was launched.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were two of them. Dani, web designer and my main contact. Claudio, coder for the design.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am very pleased with the end result, the site is very aesthetic and user friendly. I have received many compliments so far!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated through email, zoom calls, and via Instagram messages depending on the urgency/type of information to be communicated. They were always very responsive and helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with not only the work they did, but with communication. I was able to bring any concerns or ideas I had to them, and they were always very understanding and helpful. They also took the time to educate me about website layout and design, how to manage some aspects of it myself in the future.

Overall, the way they carried themselves in a genuine and trustworthy way was huge for me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I honestly have no complaints. They were flexible and worked with my schedule, their communication was son point, and the end result is better than I could have possibly imagined.

I wanted a payment portal solution that allows clients to engage, specify, reserve and connect about their guitar build project prior or alongside payment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I know the vendor from word of mouth and have seen their work which appealed to me.

The first step is to look at the front end of the store and improve terraction and product display. Secondly to build a better and innovative payment first step/single page. Wordpress site with Woo Commerce plugin.

2 so far which is the whole team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project brief was understood and at this stage is rolling through. The key details are all forming the critical path and the quality of communication has been the stand out so far.

I have used Zoom as the main hook up and the coms have worked smoothly. Their working style is open, warm, and reciprocal. They're knowledgeable as well. There is a clear understanding of the things the drive my online front end design edge.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication. Design clarity and focus. Implementation detail. Commitment to client needs. 3 king details I haven't had for a very long time.

Not that I can think of.
