Our subscription-based, multilingual website was facing several significant challenges: the design was outdated, visitors struggled to understand our mission, engagement was low, and a lack of trust was a major barrier to converting visitors into premium subscribers. Sahin and his team didn't just offer a fix; they provided a complete, customized solution that guaranteed satisfaction. The project was executed in distinct, thoughtful phases. First, they created a full visual design in Figma. This step was a game-changer, giving me a crystal-clear preview of the website's final look and functionalities. I was particularly impressed by their collaborative approach—they presented different layouts and color combinations and patiently sought my opinion on what worked best. Next, we strategically finalized the content placement. This ensured the website now appears not only trustworthy and engaging, but also features compelling headlines that truly capture attention. The result is a website that looks and feels premium, modern, and perfectly on-trend. The development phase was where the team truly shined. The complexity of managing different subscriber access levels based on subscription tiers was a genuine challenge. However, their developer, Mr. Shariful, is simply excellent. He tackled this intricate task and implemented the functionality flawlessly. Throughout the entire process, communication was outstanding. I frequently brought up factors that needed fixing, and they addressed each one with great patience and skill. The only minor point to note is that the project took longer than initially expected. However, this was a conscious choice—a result of our mutual commitment to perfecting every single detail, no matter how small. I received the completed project on 31 July 2025 and am completely satisfied with their work. The skill and quality displayed by Sahin and the entire Pixelean team were truly top-notch.
