For what projects/services did your company hire PixaCreatives, and what were your goals?

Our website was created in 2019, and we didn't have an in-house developer to take care of the maintenance of our website, and that is where the idea came to find a long-term developer to take care of our website. We luckily got in touch with Pixacreative; the team in Pixacreatibe always goes above and beyond our expectations in efficiency and hard-working; glad to have them as our backbone for developing and designing.

We researched to find a long-term developer to maintain our website in good shape, and we chose Pixacreative based on their past projects, design skills and cost estimate.

Pixacreatine team was very dedicated from the first meeting to know our goals and our objective, then they were ready with some mockups and designs, after few iterations, everything was clear for both of us and they always work so hard to deliver the best which we really appreciate.

A project manager Mehedi was the main point to discuss all the details, and we were delighted from the start to deal with him, and we can imagine how dedicated the team behind are as well!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the new designs and back development we got from Pixacreative, we noticed an increase in our traffic and the great feedback we got from our clients on the layout and the designs on our platform.

We had almost daily contact with the Pixacreative team to follow up on all the things on the website backends. They are very professional in choosing the tools from optimizing and developing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Pixacreatives gave us an easy and smooth running WordPress website. And for our team as a newbie to the developing world, that was a blessing to have!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Every now and then, we get bugs, security issues, and some plugins update, and we directly contact Pixacraetive, and they are always around to help.

My company developes software for logistics and also sell hardware in our online shop. We have a large Wordpress/Woocommerce website. I am responsible of all marketing activities in Denmark.
