BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Amaizing, a shopper intelligence platform for brands selling on Amazon.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire PieCyfer to accomplish for Amaizing’s shopper intelligence platform?

We had a strong tech lead, and PieCyfer provided additional engineering to execute our projects.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, PieCyfer provided front-end development work, but we’ve moved to full-stack development with them. The team has been an important part of our development team. Their work includes data pipelines, database management, app building, front-end development, website design, and deployments.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from PieCyfer.

How did you come to work with PieCyfer?

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, good value for cost, and company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

PieCyfer has helped us launch an app in production and rapidly deploy new features and websites. They also provide rapid bug fixes and consistent service delivery. The team has become a core part of our team and is treated like anyone else on our team. The tenure of our cooperation speaks to how we value them.

How did PieCyfer perform from a project management standpoint?

PieCyfer mostly delivers on time. We share project management. We’ve done well, like most early-stage tech startups, but with a significantly better cost basis. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

PieCyfer’s loyalty, commitment, flexibility, and sense of project ownership are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they need to improve.

Our Story

Founded by Kamran Hameed (CEO) and Zeeshan Ahmad (COO), with Noman Iqbal (CTO) leading engineering, PieCyfer is led by a hands-on team with 8+ years of combined experience building software for clients across the US, Canada, and Australia. We hire for ownership, not just skill. The leaders who earn your trust on day one stay involved with your product long after launch, across engineering, AI, design, and QA.

What Sets Us Apart

AI That Ships, Not Just Demos

Most AI projects stall after the pilot. We build with clean data, one real workflow, a clear success metric, and an owner on your side, so AI actually makes it into daily use.

Senior Attention for Growing Companies

Larger firms often save their best people for their biggest accounts. At PieCyfer, startups and mid-sized businesses work directly with senior engineers and leadership.

Partners Long After Launch

Many of our client relationships run for years, including a healthcare platform we’ve helped build for more than three years. We stay accountable for what we ship.
