What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve partnered with Phoenix Technology Group for a construction client on an AI project that has dramatically reduced the time required for pre-bid takeoff. This has allowed the client to submit more bids and earn more revenue. The client has also caught things they would have missed in the past, leading to an improved margin per job.By the client's own estimates, they have saved about 590 hours so far and are on pace for roughly 940 a year, mostly from pre-bid analysis (~4 hours per bid across 110 bids), faster proposals (1–2 hours down to 30 minutes), and quicker contract reviews (half a day down to 2 hours). They also cut a $6,000-a-year proposal platform and caught $20,000–$30,000 in estimating misses before bids went out. The client's win rate and backlog look better, too.
