Phoenix Technology Group provides IT and cybersecurity services for a consulting firm. They set up networks, manage cloud services, and implement security solutions.

Phoenix Technology Group has helped the client save time and money. Their work has also improved the client's win rate and backlog. The team delivers on time and is easy to work with. They are collaborative, friendly, and expert in their area.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of Main Street AI Advisors, an AI strategy, implementation, and training company for US-based businesses across industries.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Phoenix Technology Group?

We needed help providing support to our mutual clients regarding AI.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Phoenix Technology Group handles the IT infrastructure and security for our mutual clients, and we handle the AI strategy, implementation, and training. Their work includes IT project management, managing cloud services, and providing cybersecurity solutions.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Phoenix Technology Group.

How did you come to work with Phoenix Technology Group?

Someone referred Phoenix Technology Group to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, and had company values that aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

N/A

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Phoenix Technology Group in April 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve partnered with Phoenix Technology Group for a construction client on an AI project that has dramatically reduced the time required for pre-bid takeoff. This has allowed the client to submit more bids and earn more revenue. The client has also caught things they would have missed in the past, leading to an improved margin per job.By the client's own estimates, they have saved about 590 hours so far and are on pace for roughly 940 a year, mostly from pre-bid analysis (~4 hours per bid across 110 bids), faster proposals (1–2 hours down to 30 minutes), and quicker contract reviews (half a day down to 2 hours). They also cut a $6,000-a-year proposal platform and caught $20,000–$30,000 in estimating misses before bids went out. The client's win rate and backlog look better, too.

How did Phoenix Technology Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Phoenix Technology Group delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Phoenix Technology Group is easy to work with, friendly, and down to earth. The team is collaborative, expert in their area, and good partners.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
