They began with a series of discovery meetings to fully understand our brand, products, target audience, and our goals. They came to our office to strengthen the new relationship and returned to capture photo/video content.

 They also coordinated off-site photo shoots for our products. They then created our new website and found solutions for all of our pain points. They took over managing our email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and graphic design. In our first month with them we saw a 30% increase in our website's traffic. Each specialist on the team has been very responsive and has exceeded expectations for deliverables.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found them on clutch. I was given a couple recommendations for videographers from various colleagues, but I wasn't impressed by their responsiveness or example videos. Jeff called me the same day I submitted an inquiry and he directed me to similar work he had done for other companies.

The employee and client testimonial videos turned out great. I created the list of questions and ran them by Jeff and his team. They provided feedback and lessons learned from previous shoots, helped coach and encourage our subjects and made the shoot fun and relaxed.

I worked with three gentlemen - Jeff, CJ and Chase. They were all great. You could tell they could have done my project in their sleep, but still made it feel important.

We were looking to elevate the experience of our annual Christmas meeting attendees and develop materials we can use for customers and suppliers.

PHENYX provided video production services that started with an ideation and storyboarding phase. We discussed our plans, goals, and vision to create a theme for all our events to make our branding more cohesive.

Once our theme was finalized, they filmed the entire event on-site and developed an overview of what the experience was like from the perspective of being an attendee. They produced motivational videos, timeline videos, video commentaries, and highlight reels.

I’m the sales specialist at a luxury coach dealership. We deal in used, high-end Prevost vehicles, and we also represent multiple converters in the used market which can range anywhere from $200,000–$1.8 million in price. Our company provides parts and services as well.

What challenge were you trying to address with PHENYX?

We wanted to revitalize, modernize, and make our website more user-friendly. On the media side, we wanted to be able to tell a story of what it’s like to own a Prevost bus from start to finish. We also wanted to highlight the typical things a user will do and the places they’ll go.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

PHENYX put together various media around each piece in our inventory. We began this process by brainstorming what story we wanted to tell. They would then assign 2–3 people to the project and photograph or film our buses in movement. They took about 150–200 pictures of each vehicle. 

Their team flew to different locations to cover everything we were selling or capture our buses in different settings such as the beach or the mountains. They flew from Denver to Nashville, met with us in Florida, and spent some time filming at Knoxville and at the Pigeon Forge area.

Once all of the needed media was completed, PHENYX went on to upload that to our website, which they also redesigned for us. We made an arrangement for them to host and maintain our site and set it up so that we could make changes to our inventory without going through them. 

A few other things that PHENYX did for us were setting up our email marketing and conducting social media marketing. They covered Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They created job postings to help us acquire new employees and created a schedule for our posts. Their team also developed holiday-specific posts such as those for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Independence Day.

A lot of different people came in for each portion of the project. Two to three members did the photography and video production, one person was responsible for the website design, and another person assigned to manage our social media accounts and posts. Jeff (Business Development Specialist) and CJ (Video Editor) were our main points of contact.

They had done work for some people that we knew. That’s how we heard about them. One of their representatives came by and talked to us when they were coming through town. We took a couple more weeks to talk to them over the phone and finally decided that we would give them a shot. They felt like a good fit.

The project ran from August 2020–September 2021.

We’ve had random customers comment on how well-done our website is. The media tells a really good story of our products, perfectly captures our vision, and allows our customers to see the buses in use. PHENYX delivered exactly what we wanted to accomplish, and the videos have been uploaded to our YouTube page as well.

Our overall experience with PHENYX was great. They were always prompt and showed up where they promised they would be for the filming. They even went above and beyond and educated themselves in our industry to be able to ask the right questions and gain the right knowledge. It helped them think outside of the box, which was what we really needed.

We’ve relayed our needs and target goals to PHENYX’s team, and they’ve come up with the idea of performing a brand overhaul for us.

They’ve then taken over our marketing pipeline by generating site content and running our social media channels to improve our online presence. Apart from managing our Instagram and Facebook accounts, they’ve created our Youtube channel to further get the word out about our business, and they track our ad spend and engagement on Google Ads.

PHENYX is on top of their project management game — we don’t conclude a meeting without tangible plans for our next actions, and that’s something that we highly appreciate about their proactive team.
