For the design, we went through the logo design and then the complete stationary design. We had a thorough discussion at each step, providing feedback. Based on the feedback, changes were made. The team guided us when our requests went against the best design practices.

Once our branding was done, we moved to web development. We had a thorough meeting to go through what we wanted and how to achieve it. We also went through our competitors’ websites. Phanoon Software Solutions created a mock-up to show us the optimal design approach. After some tweaks, we agreed on the design.

We were engaged throughout the development process. The team provided updates in a timely manner. Upon each update, they sought our feedback and made changes along with the new updates. We don’t have any issues with our website and booking system, which we had been struggling with for a long time. We’ve received positive feedback from our existing clients, who like the seamless booking experience. The website speed has improved, and we haven’t noticed any downtime.

Our existing clients are using the booking engine to make bookings, which reduces manual work for us. We’ve noticed almost 60% fewer calls for bookings compared to previous months, while the volume of bookings is the same.

We’ve used some tools to measure the website speed and SEO metrics, and the results are quite impressive compared to our last website. Phanoon Software Solutions’ communication was spot on.
