**The Review** — Jul 27, 2026

**Feedback Summary**: Perpetio delivered a stable product that matched the original scope and was well-received by internal users. The team led an organized process, communicated effectively, and responded quickly to inquiries. They also provided valuable insights that helped the client save time and money.
""They were realistic about the AI part.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and position.I am the CEO of EverRESTDescribe what your company does in a single sentence.EverREST is a Salesforce consultancy. We work with clients on CRM implementation, customization, and the ongoing work that comes after — automation, integrations, reporting. I oversee our product and delivery side, which included this project

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Perpetio to accomplish? We were building an AI dashboard and a companion mobile app. Our team is Salesforce-focused — we had the domain knowledge and the data, but no mobile capability in-house, and hiring for it to serve one product didn't make sense for usWe brought Perpetio in to build both, end to end. What we wanted was a way for people to get at the insights sitting in our data without going through a report request, and to do it from a phone as easily as from a desk

**SOLUTION**
How did you find Perpetio?Clutch SiteWhy did you select Perpetio over others?High ratingsClose to my geographic locationPricing fit our budgetGood value for costHow many teammates from Perpetio were assigned to this project?2-5 EmployeesDescribe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables. We started with discovery sessions, where they went through the requirements, mapped the user flows, and came back with a scoped estimate broken out by feature. That was useful in itself, it let us drop a couple of things we'd assumed were essential. Design came next: wireframes first, then full UI in Figma, two rounds of feedback before sign-off. Development ran in two-week sprints, each ending with a build we could open and click through. That was the part that mattered most in practice — we were reacting to a real thing every two weeks instead of to a status report. The deliverables were the web dashboard, the mobile app on iOS and Android, the backend and API, and the store submissions, which they handled including the listings. After launch they stayed on for three months covering fixes and further feature work.Technologies: Flutter and Dart for mobile, Next.js for the dashboard, NestJS and PostgreSQL on the backend, an LLM API for the AI layer, the Salesforce REST API for CRM data, Firebase for push and analytics, Figma for design, and GitHub Actions for CI with Codemagic handling mobile builds

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? We launched on the schedule we'd agreed at kickoff, which in our experience is not a given. Adoption inside the business has been good — the dashboard replaced a reporting process that used to run through a queue, and people use it directly now rather than asking someone else to pull numbers. The apps have been stable since release. We've had almost nothing come through support, and no incident that needed anyone dropping what they were doing. On the deliverables generally, what we got matched what was scoped. Estimates held on most of it, and where something ran long they flagged it during the sprint rather than at the deadline Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Shared Slack channel, standing call every Monday. Tickets in Jira, designs in Figma, and we had direct access to all of it rather than a filtered summary. Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. Timelines mostly held. The Salesforce sync ran about a sprint over, though that was largely down to API limits on our side rather than anything they did. Slack replies came back within a couple of hours during working hoursWhat was your primary form of communication with Perpetio?In-Person MeetingVirtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? They were realistic about the AI part. We came in with expectations shaped by demos we'd seen, and instead of agreeing to all of it they scoped it down to what would hold up in production and explained why the rest wouldn't. Two of the features we asked for never got built, and they were right on both, we'd have spent budget on things nobody would have used. Coming from the consulting side ourselves, that isn't the usual vendor instinct. Are there any areas for improvement or something Perpetio could have done differently?Estimates on the AI portion were looser than on the rest of the project. That's understandable given what it was, and nothing overran badly, but the buffers were uneven the parts we could specify precisely came in tight, and the parts we couldn't were harder to plan around.

**Feedback Summary**: While the screens are still being implemented, the client has already seen a significant improvement in the app's usability and visual appeal. Internal stakeholders felt well-informed througout the project. Perpetio is a prompt, professional group with a genuine investment in producing results.
""Their professionalism, friendliness and warm personality stood out - they are the kind of people I like to work with."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company is a startup developing business and productivity apps for iOS devices. My position is the founder.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Perpetio?

We used Perpetio for user interface design in Figma and some user interaction design.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to have a competent UI designer create compelling UI designs that our iOS developer could use to implement our app.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We used UpWork to submit the project. I selected this vendor based on their great rate and professionalism, I knew right from the start they were a team I could work. It was great to get to know them after unsuccessfully interviewing 3 other designers who appeared to have good profiles but did not show interest or show up on time for the interviews.

Describe the project in detail.

The project involved designing UI wireframes and screens for all of the app screens. The requirements were driven by myself and it was required that the designer attend daily standup meetings. The project consists of many app screens and simplified app flows to provide the best user experience best, whilst hiding the complexity away from the user.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager, and a talented designer who I worked with on a daily basis. I spoke with the designer daily in our team standup.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are still implementing many of the screens, but most have been implemented. Already we have seen a dramatic improvement in how our app looks and behaves. We have had external feedback which has been extremely positive. Without these designs our app would have looked unprofessional and been lost in a sea of technical features with no user friendly interface.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our Workflow was great, because we used Figma. I was able to review the work on a daily basis in an agile fashion and provide direct feedback. Although the designer was given some creative freedom I was directly involved in making some decisions since I am overall responsible for the product.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professionalism, friendliness and warm personality stood out - they are the kind of people I like to work with, not only did they show up to the interview on time, they were always on time for meetings and daily standups. They have a genuine interest in making progress and generating results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I have only good things to say about them, but my only offer of advice would be take more time to understand the requirements and ask more questions if something is not clear - it's not always about delivering the quickest results. Of course this could be different with every client, since I am a hands-on client, I expect this, others may prefer to just leave them to get on with the work.

**The Review** — Jun 13, 2019

**Feedback Summary**: Although the product has yet to complete beta testing, the design and functionality set it apart. Perpetio expertly balanced hectic schedules on both sides to routinely deliver by each deadline. Customers can expect superior design, seamless development, and full comprehension of requirements.
""I’m more than happy with the result, and the app is better than how I thought it would be."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a self-employed musician and the CEO of my own company. I'm a freelance composer for TV shows and commercials and recently stepped into the business of creating a music app.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Perpetio?

I hired Perpetio to help design and build the app from the ground up.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to create a brand new, never-before-created music reference app that would aid musicians and teachers through their cellphone. I wanted to better support musicians and teachers who were working with students or creating new music for instruments.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

I went through a freelancer site and reviewed their previous work and designs against other companies. Perpetio stood out amongst the competition.

Describe the project in detail.

Once I selected Perpetio, we had Skype meetings to discuss our ideas and the processes we would take to get to our end goal. I had to spend a lot of time providing information for the app since it's a reference application. Afterward, we were able to get all of the information together and slowly build the app.

What was the team composition?

I’m not entirely sure what the exact team composition was, but they have a builder, a designer, and a project manager who all worked together to build a work of art!

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app is currently still in beta testing, and edits are being made to make sure that we release something that everyone can’t wait to get their hands on.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was good overall, but also a bit slow at times. It would take a while for us to get back to each other via email, but my schedule is insanely busy as well, so I can’t blame them for that.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The excellent design, cohesive creation, and understanding of my idea are what truly blew my mind. I commend them for what they’ve delivered. I’m more than happy with the result, and the app is better than how I thought it would be.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe the speed of communication, but other than, that they’ve done everything extremely well!

Perpetio assigned two developers to work with our in-house team on a new feature for our mobile fitness app. We shared our specifications and designs, and they built it out through a series of two-week sprints with daily scrum meetings. The Perpetio team worked with Python and Django technology for the backend, and Swift on the frontend. The new feature allows users to plan individual workouts through the application.

What is the team composition?

We worked with an iOS developer and a server engineer.

How did you come to work with Perpetio?

A friend recommended Perpetio to us, and based on her recommendation, we decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them on this project from April—December 2018. We plan to work with them again on future projects.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t have any metrics that relate to their specific involvement, but I can say that they have great developers, and our existing team loves working with them. I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

How did Perpetio perform from a project management standpoint?

We handled most of the project management responsibilities on our end, and Perpetio worked seamlessly with us. All communication was easy and straightforward, and they were always responsive to our feedback, which set the foundation for a quick turnaround time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve partnered with other development firms in the past, and Perpetio stands out from the rest. It was a very easy collaboration. They communicated with precision and efficiency, especially when dealing with project setup and billing details.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can't think of any at this time.

#### Mobile App Dev for Fitness Providers Networking Platform
**The Project**
- Services: Mobile App Development
- Project size: $10,000 to $49,999

**The Review** — Jul 19, 2018

**Feedback Summary**: Perpetio’s top-level ability and desire to find optimal solutions led to a vibrant engagement. They balanced their independence with regular meetings and lines of constant communication. Although they would benefit from improving their QA, they positioned themselves well to earn future work.
""They were proactive and independent, which is really nice because I wanted more than just a 'Yes Man.'"
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of a fitness app that connects people to fitness providers. We’re about purchasing fitness packages on demands with no contracts.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Perpetio?

We needed to introduce some functionality to our platform earlier than previously planned.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

They worked on existing backend code of all four parts of our ecosystem: a mobile app, a web panel for clients and fitness providers, an admin panel on our side that managed all the incoming data, and a website. They changed some of the methodologies we were using and factored some additional algorithms into the pricing. They also helped us adhere to the new GDPR regulations and made some minor to medium bug fixes.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a backend developer, an iOS developer, a project manager, a QA resource, and a UI designer.

How did you come to work with Perpetio?

We reached out to a company that has a network of development agencies and they put us in touch with Perpetio. I had five requirements: flexibility to work on existing code, staying in-line with my budget, having people available to work on the project, keeping to our timescale, and being personable and demonstrating interest and initiative.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent £10,000– £15,000 ($13,005–$19,508 USD)

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February until May 2018.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In terms of technical ability, I would score most of the developers at a 10. They knew their stuff. I was slightly disappointed on the QA side of things though. I think that the QA person was a newer employee, so I would rate the QA lower.

How did Perpetio perform from a project management standpoint?

I would give project management an eight. They were strong on the project's overall setup and kept a regular cadence of meetings. They were flexible and adaptable to changing requirements, especially towards the end of the scope. There was a bit of ambiguity with role definition at the overall project manager / relationship manager level, but it didn’t hurt us too much.

They were super responsive and set up a Slack channel so that I could be in constant communication with each of the developers. They would work weekends and off-hours just because they wanted to.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The developers would constantly think of alternative options. They were proactive and independent, which is really nice because I wanted more than just a “Yes Man.” They really owned the role. It’s very rare, especially with people I’ve worked with in the past—and a lot of agencies get really bad press for only doing what you ask. It certainly makes me want to work with them again and recommend them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had to do more handholding with QA that I expected, but that might just be the person rather than the nature of the company.

Any advice for potential customers?

You should have a super clear picture of all the deliverables and of the level of priority of each, especially if it’s with inherited code. If you don’t then you’ll waste a lot of time up front deciding what exactly you want. It’s up to the business to know what exactly they want in the development cycle.

**The Review** — May 18, 2017

**Feedback Summary**: The engineers from Perpetio can produce quality code with minimal supervision and within a short timeframe. They excel at project management, which allows them to adapt to changing requirements.
"“Every single deadline was met. If a project fell behind, they took time out of their weekend to make sure it was done.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I run a startup. I also do part-time contracting for my own firm.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Perpetio?

There were a lot of people coming to us for multi-platform apps. We were understaffed in the Android department and needed someone to help us.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve worked on three or four projects for us. The iOS app usually gets completed first. I usually do the wireframes with the client and get all the specifications needed for the Android app, then I present Perpetio with that information. I interfaced with one person on a high level to architect the project and pass over the requirements. When the project got started, I interfaced directly with the developer on the project. I had continual contact with three resources from their team. I’m a developer myself, so a lot of our contact was just working alongside them.

How did you come to work with Perpetio?

I had worked with another one of their business contacts on a separate project. He recommended Perpetio for Android development. I asked them for projects they’d done before. After seeing the quality of the first product, I trusted them.

How much have you invested with Perpetio?

We’ve spent over $20,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in September 2016, and the work is ongoing. They’re still available to fix bugs and maintenance of the apps. I’ll definitely continue to use them as needed for Android development.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We use WeWork, which gives a good breakdown on their productivity and what they’re working on at the moment. They’re quite productive. I’ve looked at the code, and it’s good, quality code. I’m a hands-off type of guy. We communicate via Skype, and I give them the idea and they get to work. They do 40 hours per week at the maximum capacity for one developer, but it varies depending on the project requirements.

How did Perpetio perform from a project management standpoint?

I have no complaints. As a project manager myself, I have different philosophies, but that indicates that they’re adaptive to other people’s needs. They exceeded all my expectations. Our relationship is pretty good. There is no problem with time difference or language barrier. If I was in Ukraine on holiday, we have the kind of relationship that we would meet and hang out. We use WeWork for time tracking and Skype to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about Perpetio?

When I came to them, I already had near completed iOS apps and asked for an Android app just like it. The conversation wasn’t really any longer than that. Two weeks later, it was done. When you’re managing so many things, it’s really convenient to have a team that can just do it without a lot of instruction.

Are there any areas Perpetio could improve?

There was one instance where they put a more junior developer on my project. That didn’t work out so great, but they made the problem right so I can’t complain.

## Portfolio & Awards

### eargym
eargym
eargym is a startup helping users take better care of their hearing through a variety of assessments, training games, and learning materials.
The Challenge
1 in 6 adults in the UK is facing a hearing loss problem. The eargym app is here to help users identify hearing issues and improve their hearing health. The app is targeted at the elderly who face natural hearing loss, people working in challenging hearing environments, and everyone feeling like their hearing is not at its 100% right now.
Perpetio’s task was re-designing the app and adding new hearing health features along with working on Unity games integration and support. The Perpetio team also committed to the continuous deployment of new features requiring hearing health research involvement.
The Solution
The Perpetio team developed a workflow and delivery system that allows effective scoping and introducing features that require a significant amount of research activities. The app’s codebase and Unity integration flow were improved dramatically. We also added new analytics tools for the app, such as Smartlook and A/B testing.
The Result
Thanks to the team’s efforts, eargym rolled out a new version of the app with a greatly improved user experience, new games, a Learn Tab with useful resources about hearing health, and a gamification system for motivating users to exercise every day. Additionally, we reshaped the app’s structure so that it introduces a subscription business model and set up a number of analytics and research metrics.More details: https://perpet.io/use-cases/eargym

### myMeest
Ordering from a shop abroad is not a quest anymore with a convenient myMeest app. This solution works as a mediator between buyers and foreign sellers to make international online shopping more accessible.

The main challenge of the myMeest app was organizing loads of data about shipments into a transparent and standardized system.
We developed a system of symbols, introduced a set of filters, and focused on simple colors to address it. Of course, this would be no use without an elaborate user journey map listing a complete action logic cycle.

With myMeest, users can create and manage shipments, choose warehouses in numerous locations around the globe, and make payments directly in the app. No more parcels lost on the way — buyers can track exactly where their order is and will receive instant updates from the stores and warehouses.

Our final product is a handy and stylish mobile app that gives users complete control over their packagers in just a few clicks. In myMeest, users are intuitively guided throughout their journey, from placing an order to picking up the parcel in a destination country.More details: https://perpet.io/use-cases/meest

### Burn app
Burn is an all-in-one fitness app that provides users with everything they need for at-home workouts and a healthy lifestyle.

Our team’s first task was to make sure that all the materials in the app could be downloaded and were suitable for other platforms like Burn’s website and social media. To do so, we developed a unified design system for all the materials across the channels.
One more peculiarity of Burn is that the client contacted us with a website redesign request along with a mobile app design that needed to be made from scratch. Thus, we began the process by preparing unique UI/UX designs for a website and mobile app.

As a result, Perpetio presented web and mobile solutions unified by recognizable UI. The new platforms contain all the users’ favorite content as well as new useful features, like offline videos.
Burn includes loads of fitness content, from downloadable video training sessions to meal plans with recipes. Additionally, we integrated a convenient calendar with a workout schedule, so the users would never skip the legs day again.More details: https://perpet.io/use-cases/burn

### Selfit
Selfit is a fitness app for people who don’t have time to pay regular visits to the gym or simply choose to exercise at home. With a bright and minimalistic UI design, Selfit offers a set of workouts with step-by-step guidance to allow users to engage at home with no extra equipment.
After doing the user persona research, we drafted two main goals Selfit’s potential users were looking for: staying motivated to keep exercising and having access to ready-made workout routines.
Selfit combines video workout routines and a set of tools for tracking progress and keeping the motivation up. These include a workout calendar, reminders, a system of encouragement messages, as well as reporting about finished workouts and total time spent exercising.
We created a simple yet effective app that is a one-stop shop for everyone looking for guided workouts they can engage in from home. With detailed video instructions, many activities for all levels and preferences, tracking, and motivation tools, there is no chance for users to miss their weekly workout session.

### Treadly

The app lets users create a variety of challenges, form group chats, call friends and plan workouts together - with everything inside one convenient application! All you need to do is get your personal Treadly device, install the app, and you’re ready to go!

### Gravitus
Gravitus is an app for weight lifters that tracks workouts easily with a user-friendly design. One of the main challenges was the UI - the design needed to maximize lifting and minimize tapping. Whether users are in the same city or across the country, they can add friends as lifting buddies to help motivate one another. The app also plans workouts ahead of time using a workout template feature, sets up unique training maxes and automatically computes weight goals based on a training max percentages. Another important feature is the app’s ability to monitor users’ progress with beautiful, interactive charts. New exercise videos and tips are included, as well as a leaderboard that allows users to see how they measure up against friends and the Gravitus community – how challenging!

### Mealshare
