I'm the CEO of a software company that provides PCB design validation automation.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Perfsys to accomplish for your PCB design validation automation project?

We needed Perfsys to set up our AWS account to follow best-in-class security processes and then set up our production environment with automated deployments and secure access.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Perfsys provided AWS consulting and migration services. The team started by assessing our current AKS setup, document architecture, and dependencies. Then, Perfsys created AWS accounts for production, staging, and development with SSO configuration. After that, the team deployed the foundational AWS governance framework.

Perfsys also configured VPCs, subnets, IAM roles, and connectivity for ECS. The team deployed and configured ECS clusters, task definitions, and autoscaling. Perfsys developed the approach to migrate workloads from AKS to ECS. The team migrated a non-critical workload to ECS as a proof of concept.

Perfsys executed a phased migration of all workloads to ECS. The team performed functional, performance, and security testing. Perfsys provided post-migration support, including weekly performance monitoring, scaling adjustments, and security checks.

We found Perfsys through the AWS Marketplace. The team provided an excellent, customized proposal to our RFP that met our needs exactly with their expertise.

Perfsys deployed our environment to spec, with an IAC created as we required. We were now able to deploy to a secure production environment.
