home renovation cost estimator tool to help calculate your remodelling costs and materials quantity for home improvement projects instantly. The calculations are based on the home size as well as relevant parameters that affect the total house renovation cost. What we needed: 
Frontend: carry out a general evaluation of the site and propose improvements. 
Example: improve main page load speed, improve typography and layout of pages, improve backend and frontend integration, layout with Google ads. 
Home page: add e-book information, google ads banner and other modifications that improve the usability. Add Q&A community. 
Backend: we need to renew all service forms to improve customer experience: 

1. Eliminate unnecessary fields; 
2. Override dropdowns when it has only 2, 3, or 4 options (which can be better visualized with radio buttons, checkbox, or toggle); 
3. avoid typing: insert elements in the forms that avoid typing, options that are more intuitive and easier to use; 4
4. Insert an element on each page of the form showing the user how much is left to complete the filling steps. 
5. Explain the importance of filling in the information to the user.

The Perfectorium team has guided us through the design process via discussions with our internal team and myself to explore the ideas behind the project and then communicate those ideas through the website’s design. The team has provided several drafts of the site’s design at every stage. Currently, the website is launched, and we’ll continue working with Perfectorium on our other project's design and development.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I and my team have been happier since we started working with Perfectorium. Before this project, the website had almost no traffic and sales. Moreover, the values behind our products and the website itself are much more understandable on the website. As for continuous collaboration, we want to continue working with Perfectorium. Their team has expertise, and we like how they communicate.

Meeting deadlines in design projects is sometimes challenging since it’s part of the creative domain. However, Perfectorium has succeeded in delivering on time. They agreed to launch the website within four weeks, and they met that deadline. The team has also respected the budget.

I’m happy about working with Perfectorium. They have been pretty efficient. They have taken a professional approach of offering different design options and drafts at every stage of the project, which has helped us a lot in the website development process.

There is nothing they need to improve from my perspective. I have been happy with my experience with them. They are professionals.
