I am worked as a project consultant for Creative Generation CO based on Kuwait, and my role is to set the foundation and define the business model to start an E-commerce market place division.

What were your goals for this project?

The scope of the provided solution was to let customers connect with a Multi-vendors and brands, that located within Kuwait geographic area to register and create their store. 

It lets sellers manage store through customization and content management tools to manage their store content and style. Additionally, the scope includes to integrate with logistics and payment providers third party companies.

The provided solution developed using a PHP coding technology that scalable to adopt any future changes and expansion, additionally to a responsive design and web browser independent.

During the selection and evaluation phase, we reviewed more than 25 companies profiles and proposals, Peregrine InfoWorld got a high score for the technical proposal quality and execution price.

Peregrine InfoWorld developed the project following the below phases:

1. Provide a project plan.
2. Gathering and analyzing the platform features and function requirements.
3. Design Platform sitemap, processes flowchart, and wireframe.
4. Developing Core coding, contents, and CMS.
5. Testing and quality Review.
6. Project closure by deploying and launch the platform and handling project documentation.

What was the team composition?

The communication throughout the project phases was virtual as we both in different geographic areas, but that wasn't an issue at all, the visible team consists of a project manager, two developers, one designer, and a QA specialist.

My direct communication was with the project manager from the company side Mr. Jimmy. He was showing high communication skills and managed the project with outstanding commitment.

We were satisfied with the project deliverables as it meets the desired objectives, and we are planning to carry on with the same company to develop a mobile application for both IOS and Andriod

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management methodology provided by Peregrine InfoWorld fits the purpose. The communication skills were excellent, and we communicated using WhatsUp, Emails, skype, and GitHub.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Although we were in different geographic areas, the project progress and communications went smoothly and managing issues flexibly.

As we were in 2 different geographic areas, the time zone was an issue as it conflicts with our working hours.
