• Overall, the experience was very positive and the team delivered strong results across the core project requirements.
• One area of improvement would be expanding their service offering to include product photography and video production.
• If these creative services were available in-house, it would have made them a true one-stop solution for our e-commerce needs.
• At times, we had to coordinate with external vendors for product images and related visual content, which added extra coordination effort.
• That said, their core development and platform work remained excellent and well-executed throughout the project.
