Peppermint redesigned our marketing website end-to-end - information architecture, copy direction, and the full visual system. They also produced a set of custom graphics and visual explanations to show how the product actually works (which for us was the hardest part, because "record a workflow, get an SOP and a video" is deceptively simple to say and surprisingly hard to show). Did an amazing job.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new site explains Glitter much more clearly, and we've seen stronger engagement from the traffic coming through it - more time on page, more people making it from the homepage into signup, and fewer "wait, what does this do?" questions in sales conversations.

Very organized and very responsive. Every milestone landed on time, feedback cycles were tight, and communication never went quiet - which, having worked with a lot of agencies over the years, is rarer than it should be.

Honestly, how fast they understood the product. They didn't just design screens; they got what we're building and translated it into a clear narrative. The quality of the custom graphics and visual explanations was also exceptional; they made complex ideas feel simple and intuitive, which is basically the whole game when you're marketing something new. Plus, we got some amazing animations out of the project, too - which was a really nice, unexpected bonus.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Peppermint could have done differently?

Nothing meaningful. Overall a very strong experience - the kind of engagement I'd happily do again.

I wanted a highly converting website with a beautiful design.

Then I wanted to make the app's dashboard super easy to use to reduce churn.
