Our project was not an easy one, Terrence, our personal project manager understood exactly what we require. I wanted complicated designs, along with the theme of the company implemented in the design and Penji did just that.

The managers were professional and the designers helped me find what I needed, but not receiving the files really made me change my mind.

They had much expertise in graphic design, so I hope this matter can be resolved soon.

I wish I would have received the files. I was very excited about the designs that we created together.

we mainly corresponded over email and if i sent an email short afterwards there would be a reply so there was much to wait for an answer

the helpfulness and no matter how much i ask the most simpleist question or repeat myself they were patient with me and did what I asked.

maybe not ask silly questions and be more prepared when first going to them

Penji has designed my entire book. Fully customized. 100% illustrated by Nico, Jo, and Eli. Insane. I spent close to around $1500 and not only got the book completed, but also all of the social content to promote the book. I am grateful.

They had different designs available.

I get the whole unlimited design process. It works for some, but Penji just didn't work the way that I would have hoped for. All of their designers are located in another country and you rarely get to speak to people that understand what you're saying. They tried to convince me of some daytime plan, but I don't want to pay more. I should get this at all times!

We wanted help to deliver an e-newsletter and more of a digital strategy as historically we have been very traditional in our marketing.

I found them very easy to deal with and in particular found them responsive and helpful with my requests.

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs on the contact form. We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues.

The only feedback is that I wish they delivered more within the time frame, but I’m understanding of their workflow since I’ve used services like this in the past.

We have already noticed increased web traffic which will generate us more leads.

We tried designing the report ourselves but due to less employees it was not possible so I looked up for companies on Upwork and that's how I found about penji.

After accepting their proposal we told them to prepare a report within a week and we will then review the report for any possible changes. We decided to complete the work before the end of 2021.

Worked with two people from penji. The one was a graphic designer and the other was their Upwork manager.

The report was overall good but we hired penji so that it can be done quickly. They took too much time on the project.

We had deal that we will complete the work before the end of year. Decided to complete the project in a week but they almost took two weeks

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything was good in the project. The report was appreciated by my colleagues and because of the report we were able to make a very good strategy for future. All the data was placed beautifully in their relevant places.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could be more punctual. The reason I am mentioning time again and again is because they delivered the project late and I was spending all the that money on this project because of less time, otherwise I could have done it myself.
