Penji was affordable, had good reviews, and was very clear-cut about the whole process, with no hidden fees or anything. So it was a clear decision.

The Penji team are quite simply a pleasure to work with. They’re creative with great ideas, and have a calm and measured approach even when it gets tough and the pressure is on! We’re continuing to work with them post project as their speed, responsiveness and ability to deliver are impressive

Penji was thorough, responded fast and were very clear on their stance about customer satisfaction. Everything went smoothly.

It is still too early to tell but results so far have been good

So far, the experience has been mainly positive. However, 3 weeks in and it is still too early to tell but I will continue the partnership and will mark my rating neutral for now and will revisit later as I get more experience with the team.

I have found their process is intriguing and effective.

We were looking for a design agency to guide us through a redesign of our website as well as an identity rebranding and we were specifically looking for a team we could partner with on an ongoing basis. After speaking to multiple agencies and reviewing Penji's portfolio it was clear they were a great fit for us. Their design process and hands-on mentality were important factors for us making this decision. We went through a series of phases including concept, reference and design. We had lots of long and detailed conversations with Penji to ensure they felt comfortable with how our business operates as it is quite a niche industry.

Once they were happy that they understood the ins and outs of our business they provided us with a concept metaphor we could use to portray our rebrand and for our new website. We had one main point of contact, Gab, our project manager who acted as the bridge between us and the designers. We did have a number of designers also working on our project. Gab was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't ask for a better team lead for our project. Communication was really open and she was always available to help answer questions and fulfil requests. Flawless service!

We were looking for web designers online and after researching several, we definitely realized penji was the best fit.

After several meetings to discuss what we wanted the web site to look like they came up with 3 great designs after we choose one, all the changes we wanted were made, we always had direct personalized communication with our project manager and designers were also always available and in the final stage they helped develop a great FAQ section.

4 people, a project manager, 2 designers and an assistant that helped with the final FAQ section.

The web design was amazing, the shopping experience for our ecommerce was so user friendly with their design and the site traffic doubled.

It was great, project manager was always responsive through messages and emails, and all the deadlines were met.

I was blown away about the overall effectiveness of the whole process, the fast and great communication, the amazing designs and the final product.

In our experience no, everything was great, they are really experienced and knowledgeable in what they do.

We were looking for graphic designers who show creativity and passion in helping their clients, and we found Penji once we read all of their previous client reviews, we decided to choose them.

Their developers helped facilitate the project; they created something user-friendly and allowed our ideas to come alive. After working with their team, our site has gained a 50% increase in traffic, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

They were easy to work with, always had time for our questions and concerns, and ensured that we were always staying notified of every change occurring. We would communicate by phone and have meetings when needed to go over the project. They show excellent customer service to their clients and are flexible with our company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I like about the people at Penji is that their creativity is of high level. Their ability to adapt to a certain situation or challenge, or to do things in a different way, is really something I think is unique to them. You typically see companies who come out with, here’s the model and it fits your company.

I’m always very reluctant to accept that, because who says that this model exactly fits for me? I think Penji has a different approach to this, where they look at the challenge and decide what the best process is for bringing us into the right place and that just works perfect for me.

I believe that they worked to their best abilities and do a fantastic job at assisting clients and working hand in hand with them to ensure a great outcome.
