The scope of work included a full editorial and visual presentation of the project, from concept to publication. Our responsibilities covered gathering architectural information, preparing an in-depth written description, selecting and curating high-quality images, and ensuring consistency with our brand’s visual and narrative standards. The key deliverables consisted of a complete project article for the Nowoczesna Stodoła website, a refined set of images optimised for web and social media, and short promotional texts tailored for our social channels.

The scope of work included the design and development of a new website tailored to our specific needs and expectations. The process began with an in-depth discussion of our goals, preferred structure, and desired functionalities. Based on this input, the contractor prepared an initial website design, which was then reviewed together with our team.

Following the initial presentation, we provided feedback and suggestions for revisions. The contractor was highly responsive throughout this phase, promptly implementing requested changes and offering helpful guidance when needed.

The most measurable and impactful outcome of the project is the increase in inbound inquiries generated through the newly developed website. Thanks to the excellent design, structure, and user experience, we are now regularly receiving new requests for our services directly via the site.

This has directly contributed to an increase in sales, clearly demonstrating the success and effectiveness of the project.

The project was delivered on time and in line with the agreed schedule. The team demonstrated excellent project management throughout the process.
They showed a strong understanding of our needs and successfully translated them into a design that reflected our expectations. During the development phase, they were highly responsive and flexible, taking our feedback into account and incorporating suggested changes efficiently. Communication was clear and timely at every stage, which made the entire collaboration smooth and effective.

What we found most impressive about this company was their professionalism, engagement, and creativity throughout the entire project. They approached every stage with great attention to detail and a clear understanding of our goals. Their creative input added real value to the final result, and their commitment to delivering a high-quality product was evident from start to finish.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Peltone could have done differently?

We did not identify any areas for improvement. The project was delivered fully in line with our expectations, both in terms of quality and timeline. The collaboration was smooth and professional throughout.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Peltone succesfully and quickly delivered on all 3 objectives given. For Design and implement myPick website Peltone prepared a draft of the company website and eventually implemented it in Webflow while supporting the configuration task. The website includes general overview of the product features along with pricing and contact information. Team also contributed into decision weather to use Wordpress vs Weflow while providing benefits and drawbacks of each option which was very helpful for myPick. Additionally the team defined mobile app UI/UX which was delivered in line with provided requirements. In case of challenges and questions team was able to highlight them quickly so that work progressed smoothly and engineers had a clear guidelines to follow with implementation. Lastly on the operations portal the same applied when team defined design for the client, locations, users and parcel management processes enabling with smooth UI. In this case also engineering team was smoothly able to move on to implementation after the details were defined by Peltone in line with business requirements granted.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Website was live and numer of users visiting was captured by Google analytics. 
2. myPick mobile app was delivered and published to the store while QAs were able to test all flows and there was no logical flaws in the system. 
3. Operations portal was implemented in line with Design and while QAs were able to test all flows and there was no logical flaws in the system. 

Given the product is not live to public there are no additional metrics associated with success however work done Peltone put us on track for launch and proven to be the most efficient step of the product delivery.

Peltone committed to deadlines in line with joint deadline definition and delivered on time in line with commitments. 

When change requests or feedback with changes was provided Peltone acted on it fast and in line with requirements while offering additional timeline and delivering on it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Peltone was able to quickly grasp the concept behind the product. Additionally working with Mateusz gave me sense of honesty in the work he was doing along with passion and genuine professional curiosity which is often challenging to grasp in the modern era of IT services. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Peltone could have done differently?

I think Peltone made my project on track from the moment they were tasked to the point they completed the work. I would like to have them involved more in the testing of the app and get the user feedback however that was not part of our original scope so this was not required but a good to have.
