The platform is still being built, but we’re getting close to the release. I can’t speak to Peiko’s added value yet, but I’m sure the project will be a success. We’ve hired in-house QA testers so everything is verified step by step and function by function.

They’re highly organized, and we haven’t had any delays in sprints or tasks. Regarding implementation, they propose and explain different technologies and APIs and lay out how they’ll improve our service. Everything is clear. They also respond quickly, within 10 minutes on average. I haven’t worked with anyone like them before.

The transparent communication from the whole Peiko team is amazing. I’ve met everyone in their office, and they’re all open with us.
