On time deliverables. All requested items were delivered thoroughly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Attention to detail, ability to explain how the system worked in a way that made sense to someone who had baseline understanding. Very digestible. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Parkyd Digital could have done differently?

The training session at the end, we feel, could have been more structure by Parkyd Digital. It was left open ended from what the DGBA wanted to know. However,  the intention was for the session to be a "training session". 1 staff had barely used the system and the other staff doesn't really know how to train someone or explain the nuanced things of the CRM. It would have been better value to go through - from start to finish (as repetative as it would have been) - how to use it, as well as practice adding segments and using new codes. There is not resentment - all is well. Just something for the future to consider that the client may be relying on the professional to guide the training session.

We provide healthcare compliance services for pharmaceutical companies, including compliance program design, policy development, risk assessment, audits, and training to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across Europe and the UK.

Parkyd Digital has developed and executed an SEO strategy tailored to our needs as a growing startup. The team has also provided technical and content-level website optimization to improve search rankings. Parkyd Digital has given practical recommendations to enhance our website structure and UX. 
The team has supported our website redesign aligned with SEO best practices. Parkyd Digital provides ongoing performance monitoring and actionable improvement suggestions. We have regular alignment discussions to review progress and refine priorities.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve observed steady improvements in our search visibility and overall website performance following Parkyd Digital’s SEO and optimization work. Their regular reporting has helped us track keyword progress and site performance over time. We’ve also benefited from a stronger website structure after their redesign recommendations, which has supported better positioning in search results. 
Our percentage increase in traffic is in the 5,000% range since we had no traffic before, and now we’re even appearing on AI searches. Parkyd Digital has provided several tangible outputs throughout our engagement. They’ve shared regular SEO performance reports that have helped us track progress and understand how our visibility has improved over time. These reports have been clear, practical, and supportive of ongoing decision-making.
Parkyd Digital has also supported optimization and redesign improvements to our website, including recommendations to strengthen structure, usability, and search performance. Their input has helped ensure our website aligns better with SEO best practices.

Parkyd Digital has always been well-planned and delivered within time limits. The team is constantly there for support and clarification. We primarily communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

I’m impressed by Parkyd Digital’s depth of knowledge; they know what works and what doesn’t. In addition to the formal deliverables, they’re consistently available for alignment calls whenever needed. The team is very responsive in discussing progress, explaining recommendations, and adapting next steps. Their proactive communication and willingness to engage regularly make them feel like an extension of our internal team.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on because they’ve done everything right.

Engagements have been positive and have resulted in several loan application and potential clients in the New Year.

Patryk has been very proactive and communicative throughout the process. While this process does have a ramp-up period and I had technical issues on my end, Patryk and the team worked through all the issues and provided outstanding service!

I should have honed in on targeting the VA (Veteran) market in my area sooner as that is my expertise, but that does not reflect on Patryk Digital at all, everything else has been great!

Parkyd could benefit from:

1. Having a more granular list of deliverables in their project tracker. 
2. Asking more questions related to the reporting that is required at the end as this may inform the funnel design and system configuration in general.
