I am The Co Owner of the This Is Growth and our company currently focuses on building mobile apps for cities and county's that need to increase tourism.

We hired Paras Technologies to create a mobile business directory app where consumers could see all businesses in a given area. To be more specific we focused on South Lake County Florida.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We Selected this vendor because of their positive reviews and rank in Fiverr for being a trusted Vendor. In their description of what they could do for you when building, they were very detailed and offered a-lot in comparison to other vendors.

The work started with an initial meeting between our point of contact which was a women named Siyachetal, the actual developer and Myself. We started talking about what our goal was with the app and what we wanted in the app. Siyachtetal then created a document consisting of everything we wanted and the steps in order of completion. She then created about 8 milestones of progress to follow. Once a milestone was completed we would review it and then pay for that portion of work completed.

We mainly only worked with Siyachetal who was our main point of contact. She would talk to the actual developers on our behalf because of the language barrier and time zone difference.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app we created with them is fairly new and has only been available for about a week. It is very sharp looking and very functional. However we are currently developing phase 2 of this app before we launch our marketing campaign to general public.

Siyachetal always responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner, however the only difficulty is the Time zone difference. When they want to communicate or get on zoom calls it usually at midnight or 1am because I live in Florida and am in New York Eastern time zone. Morning for us is night time for them and vise verse-a if you live in Eastern time zone. Be prepared to have constant late nights to communicate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The admin panel they created for us to control certain aspects of the app is very easy to use. And coming from someone who did not know anything about how to create apps they definitely take control of the process for you.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Just giving a more realistic time frame on how long it really takes to be completely done with an app and a providing a list of the accounts and things you will need to have before you start the creating process.
