Paramount manage three marketing channels for us: 

• SEO
• Paid Social, Meta
• PPC, Google

They are responsbile for market and competitor analysis, strategy building, content creation, campain building and management and budget allocation within the campaigns. 

Paramount started the Project with a complete analysis of the brand's current position across the three channels, and provided a clear strategy for implementation, testing and iterating for continuous improvements of the performance. 

SEO

Paul, Hannah and Jack provided technical insights and suggestions about the brand's online presence and quickly began producing new content, optimising the exisiting pages and executing their wider strategy to achieve traffic growth, with very positive early results in the first three months and no loss in organic conversion rates. 

PPC

The brand had no exisiting presense with Google Ads so the campaign was truly a fresh build.

Paramount grasped our B2B2C business model very quickly, which allowed them to understand our target market, conversion goals and the brand's story easily. 

Social

Similar to PPC, the brand had no exisiting infrastructure for social ads and Paramount took complete ownership of the campaigns from start to finish, focussing on traffic, registrations and subscribers conversions.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Like most businesses, a large number of our clients find us online. It is essential that we outperform competitors and appear in as many search results as possible. I have worked with many digital marketing agencies over the years and one solution often presented for a downturn in conversions is to increase click-spend (the amount of money we spend on Google ads). I now know that this is a lazy approach.

Paramount suggested an alternative. Rather than spend more money promoting outdated campaigns, we optimise existing campaigns and keywords. They began fine-tuning our PPC strategy and managed to increase conversions overnight and reduce our cost-per-click (CPC). Paramount also suggested we target 'long tail' keywords. This has been a complete game-changer for our firm and has increased online conversations by 23%.

Seamless. The level of communication was excellent. I always received an immediate response to my queries.

There's no such thing as a 'one size fits all' marketing strategy. Paramount want results as much as we do. Their dedication to the craft and attention to detail are unparalleled.

I couldn't pin point any areas of improvement. The results speak for themselves. They've increased our conversation rate more than any other agency and it's taken them a fraction of the time (all whilst saving us money).

Cotterill Civils is a drainage and civils merchant based in the midlands. It sells a wide variety of products from land drainage pipe to sewage treatment systems. My job title is Marketing and Business Development Director.

They contacted us through a cold sales call, offering us a free SEO audit. We then asked them to come in to see us, along with other PPC/SEO agencies, to pitch to us. We selected them based upon their technical knowledge, the transparency of their service and price.

They are responsible for setting up and managing our Google Search Ads, Google Shopping Ads, remarketing campaigns and SEO. Since starting with them, the number of products we promote has grown from under 100 to over 1000. They have also assisted us in ensuring there was minimal disruption to our website visitors when we moved from WordPress to Shopify.

Since 2018, the number of visitors to our website has grown from 67k in 2018 to almost 400k in 2021.

We have regular Zoom calls where we catch up on progress and agree deliverables. They also send us monthly detailed reports. Their activity is also recorded in Monday.com for us to view at any time.

Both Keigan and Alex are extremely knowledgeable and they also have a team of experts at their disposal if on the rare occasion they don't know the answer. They are highly professional, friendly, and likable making them a pleasure to deal with.

Not really. Maybe a 6 month or quarterly plan with key deliverables and some agreed KPIs.

We didn’t give the team much room for wastage, as a small company it was vital we hit the ground running. Paramount Digital’s PPC department did a lot of industry research, and give us an estimated cost per sale (which they achieved immediately) There SEO department offered us some quick wins to see valuable traffic increases. From then things have got better and better month on month.

Since implementing the SEO changes we are now ranking on the front page for over 200 keywords. Achieving massive jumps in organic traffic. Cost per sale has reduced massively month on month, and we are now 900% ROAs.

Communication has been great. As a techy, I like data reports and seeing where my budget is being spent. Paramount Digital use Monday.com which is a great project management platforms. If I call between working hours they always answer the phone and we chat via WhatsApp outside of office hours.

After receiving a lot of false promises previously, they transparency Paramount offer fills me with trust. They are exactly what I am looking for in a digital marketing agency.

I would like to spend more time with there team. They are very knowledgeable and get through tasks so fast, it’s difficult to keep up but that’s why I hired a digital marketing agency.

We found Paramount through word of mouth and have been working with them for around 2 years. There reviews were excellent and the first contact with their head of Paid ads and SEO sold us!

Paramount undertakes SEO for around 10 of our different practices. This includes technical on-site SEO, as well as blog content. Andy always keeps us up to date with Google's latest updates and algorithm changes. They also run PPC advertising for us for around 10 practices. This includes management and optimization of the ads. This is a similar process for the Facebook ads which they run for 4/5 practices.

We work closely with Sam, Head of Paid, and Andy, Head of SEO. They are our main contacts for any queries, however, we also interact with many of the team for day-to-day requests.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our projects are ongoing however Paramount always has our practices ranking highly for our targeted keywords, usually in the top 5. They are always looking at CPL and ensuring we are getting quality leads not just basing work on quality.

Great at communicating. Have monthly calls with each practice to discuss results. Always available on WhatsApp for quick questions and answers. Reporting is also sent on a monthly basis as well as giving us access to data studio to track the results of campaigns. They are always quick to respond and never miss a call.

Their honesty. It's extremely hard to find a digital agency that is truly open and honest about results. They don't sugar coat and if something hasn't gone to plan, they are about the solution, not the problem.

Im extremely happy with the work they do and have nothing negative to say.
