I was choosing between two agencies. Although both Panem and another agency have broad PPC expertise, after talking to them I chose Panem as they're easy to communicate with and have experience in niches close to my business.

We started with a call where we discussed our PPC goals. Then they did research to find out more about our local market, target audience, competitors, etc. First, they sent us the results of the research. Then, we received another report with the keywords to target and ready ad copies.

We made several minor corrections in the copies and sent them back. After that, they launched our campaign. The ads started to bring traffic from the very first day. In a few days, we got our first online bookings from people who clicked the ads.
