For what projects/services did your company hire Palaemon Systems Inc.?

Having chosen Palaemon Systems to design a customized business intelligence system that will assist us in making educated business decisions, we are pleased with the results. We required assistance and consultation on utilizing our reports, queries, data, and the most efficient method.

We rely on the planning, reporting, and query functions the most, as they are the areas where we have had the most significant difficulty previously. As a result, these solutions have performed far better than predicted. We can now collect and analyze data and produce reports that are far more relevant than previously.

We spoke to many providers for this project and decided to go with Palaemon Systems because of their responsiveness and flexible working arrangement.

We were able to discuss all of our requirements and functions with Palaemon Systems. They spent extensive time learning about our business and then came up with many fresh feature suggestions. We performed incremental revisions until we arrived at the final product. We were involved from start to finish.

Then came a design and development schedule. Palaemon Systems started working on the platform as soon as we approved it. Finally, we liked their approach and the results.

Project Manager, UI/UX Developers, and Data Analyst - 6 resources were assigned to our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Palaemon Systems Inc. exceeded the objectives, and we were pretty satisfied with their transparency and communication. They understood what was required and worked quickly to meet our deadlines and stay within our budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They've never missed a deadline before. Continual evaluation and adaptation of the workflow were required for this project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The attention to detail and the ease with which we communicated with the team from all levels.

Palaemon Systems provides us with custom software development services. They came up with a software solution, designed the backend, and are continuing to maintain and provide us with manual and automation testing to improve the quality of the product.

We measure the success of the partnership based on the quality of their code and so far, it’s been amazing as we haven’t experienced any bugs.

We’re impressed by the quality of their work.

They’ve done a fantastic job and I don’t see any need for improvements. They’re very interactive, transparent, and they should just keep doing what they’re doing.

The team delivered accurate business outcomes for the first time through their industry insight and experience. Palaemon team assisted in the uplifting process and delivery maturity through their development expertise. Overall, a positive experience as the project delivered to time quality and cost expectations.
