Verify the app communication protocols required to operate the product and go over the product specifications.  Create the best-in-class user experience (UX) for the product category.  Ensure a smooth client experience by integrating with our current databases and systems.  Continue to assist with bug patches and app updates.  Recommend future hardware enhancements based on experience and technological trends.

They informed of any scope adjustments discovered during discovery and adhered to the original timelines.  They communicated proactively and responded quickly to concerns brought up.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a good understanding of our objectives and demonstrated UI/UX design ability in creating an app that satisfied our expectations.  They gave us the tools to demonstrate this knowledge during the bidding procedures, which made it simple and transparent for our internal stakeholders to choose and approve vendors.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Paklogics could have done differently?

At first, we weren't entirely sure what we might offer to speed up and ease our exploration stage.  To find this need before it impacted our original design timeframe, communication could have been more proactive.

Paklogics created a software program.  They mapped the experiences, needs, and expectations of the students into a journey map.  At the outset, we offered official documents about the school, student research, and competitive market research.

We were able to map out the gaps in the student journey and enhance certain technologies and solutions to fill them.
