In the initial meeting, Team Pairroxz created an MVP rapidly, ensuring smooth connectivity and basic operations. This was a piece of mind because the primary hurdle was dealt with.

The app is new so too early to share this.

The project was executed very professionally, with frequent communication and on-time delivery. If there was a question, they communicated in great detail and promptly.

Their ability to rapidly understand my needs, quickly prototype the MVP and then excellently complete the overall project. In addition to their technical capabilities, they are amazing human beings, very humble, yet brilliant.

I’m the founder of SeekMed — a global telehealth platform that focuses on telemedicine and patient education.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pairroxz?

Our website on Wix posed many limitations, and it didn’t carry our message to the patient community. We needed a partner to design and develop a custom website for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pairroxz designed and developed our new website. Their team first designed the site and after we approved it, they started the development. It was custom development. They built the website to focus on general information for patients and integrated it with a patient education platform. They also provided guidance around chat features, email communications, and the hosting environment.

Three people from the Pairroxz team worked on this project.

I found Pairroxz through Clutch while looking for a website developer in India. I saw their previous work and liked them based on their previous clients’ feedback. Their website looked neat and nice, and they were named a top website development company on a couple of platforms. Everything aligned, so we engaged them.

We spent between $5,000–$6,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between October 2020–January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m happy with the output. We shared the website with our stakeholders, which includes doctors, patients, and our PR agency. They all appreciated the website’s new look, feel, flow, and navigation. We only heard good feedback from them.

How did Pairroxz perform from a project management standpoint?

We used WhatsApp and Google Meet and communicated a couple of times a week. We had a collaborative engagement, and their communication was great. Pairroxz’s owner was directly involved throughout the engagement and sought progress on a regular basis. They met the project’s deadlines. Despite emergencies due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they delivered high-quality work on time.

Their team was willing to go above and beyond to carry out their responsibilities. The Pairroxz team stayed late to ensure they delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our team was impressed by the team’s skillsets and knowledge. Although they’re in a small city, their team’s professional and knowledgeable. They quickly understood our needs, so we didn’t have to request many modifications. Their team was on top of their responsibilities and quickly made adjustments based on our feedback.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If Pairroxz wanted to reach more customers outside of India, they could improve their English language skills. That would help them broaden their scope and range.

We defined the scope and outlined our criteria for all of the content on the platform. Then they developed the mobile app from start to finish. After that, they put reading parameters in place. For example, readers can select if they want to read at night or during the day. They also created a commercial website and linked reading materials to the app.

We spent about $5,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June 2020–February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The project was delayed due to COVID-19, so we have just launched the app and don’t have any statistics to share yet. However, we’ve received positive feedback from testers who have said that it’s quite good. I am waiting for more people to put their books, magazines, etc. into our library of reading materials.

We communicated through WhatsApp. I provided requirements to the project lead, such as slides with pictures of what we wanted, and she relayed them to the team. They let me track their progress, make changes, and ultimately, approve tasks.

It was a Flash app that worked great at the time but as time went on it was not SEO friendly and it was reaching it's end of life- That's where Pairroxz came in to re-create a more functional program that was up to date.

There were some challenges along the way in what we needed for deliverables, Hi resolution print files ready for press. The team worked diligently on perfecting the process and retaining the quality we needed for beautiful results...and quickly!
