They pulled apart every technical detail that could be impacting performance things like page speed, broken links, crawlability, site structure, mobile responsiveness, and more. From that, they built out a detailed roadmap that outlined fixes, improvements, and opportunities. We’re still working through it, but the progress has already been noticeable.

they came in and got to work fast. first thing was keyword research, they dug into what people are searching, what our competitors rank for, stuff like that. they gave us a list that made sense not just a bunch of random keywords, but stuff that could actually bring leads.

then they helped fix up our site. they cleaned up meta tags, titles, image alt text, internal links… all that. we also had a lot of little issues with site speed and mobile, and they handled that too.

they’re still working on optimizing the content. some pages got rewritten, others were just tweaked. it still sounds like us not full of junky keywords which is nice. they also set up tracking the right way. now we can actually see what’s working.

they’ve been building good backlinks too, from real sites, not spammy ones. already seeing our domain strength go up.

Yeah so from the jump they were real organized. Did a big audit of our site, told us what was messed up, what could be better and what quick stuff we could fix right away. Then they got started doing all the SEO things… like backlinks, on-page fixes, blog submissions, directory listings, all that stuff.

We got regular updates and reports. They’d check our keywords, see what was working, what wasn’t, and tweak stuff. They also helped us get our pages submitted to a bunch of blogs and directories which was cool cause we didn’t have the time to chase that stuff ourselves.

It’s not like we have to ask them to pay attention; they’re already on it. And they’ve stayed consistent. A lot of companies start good and then slack off, but they have been solid the whole time.
