Here at Langham Place, we were doing our hardest to take advantage of every internet opportunity by investing in a new website. Thus, we divided the project into three main groups:

• Strategy: We made sure the website was set up to reduce lost visitors by starting with an SEO-first approach. Then, motivated by user feedback and keyword analysis, we focused on delivering the kind of user experience that top OTA sites are known for. We also increased our internet visibility by obtaining links from well-known travel blogs.
• Migration & Implementation: To safeguard our organic traffic, we devised a comprehensive migration plan that included site restructure, URL updates, broken link repairs, page speed optimization, and overall site performance improvements. Redesigned internal links, the use of Hreflang properties, and the integration of Schema.org were important technological improvements.

Our website wasn't really an e-commerce site before. We needed to incorporate it since we were the ones who had to handle all those orders. In addition, we lacked user accounts, a proper search tool, and a well-organized product catalog. We provided PageTraffic with an outline of our requirements after observing some of our rivals. They then created a design that incorporated those elements and gave the platform a more contemporary, streamlined look. 
They altered every aspect of the operation and created a fresh design from the ground up. They linked Shopify with our current CRM and suggested that we utilize it. I believe the CMS platform they utilized was concrete5. In order to track the performance of the website, we also had them handle our SEO. We review our Google Analytics data every quarter to see how we're doing, where we stand in relation to our competition, and other things. They then provide us suggestions on how to enhance, increase traffic to, or stickiness of our website. We're currently working on retargeting ads.

These days, it truly saves us a ton of time and is revolutionary. Shopify now handles fraudulent orders, which we used to get frequently. They were really good at offering advice based on their expertise to significantly enhance the product.

Our project manager was really responsive and kept an eye on everything. They handled all we threw at them, even though there were a lot of moving parts and we made a lot of modifications. They respond quite quickly. While our previous IT consultant worked on his own schedule, PageTraffic doesn't operate that way. There's never a concern that anything will fall through the cracks because they're really trustworthy.
