We came across to their name through search engine and through a friend.

They were to make PPC campaigns on Google, FB, LinkedIn across India, middle east and the US. They were simply given a pilot run across India for 2 months.

Only one. I presume he was a junior PPC professional. Not sure he was an employee. Most likely he was a freelancer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Patheic. Despite multiple emails, phone calles and reminders, their team/ management never responded to a single email, let alone the target. Their team didn't go through the page before the campaign was made live? It took them 75 days to be precise to be aware of what our services are! None of the PageTraffic members even see our landing page for a whole of 2.5 months.

We shared with them keywords, negative key words,budget and all the data required to run a successful PPC campaign. They were simply lacking focus or attention to detail. Have never seen a service provieder company, who is not willing to share their employees phone number or email address.

You can simply communicate on a free version of Basecamp. No email or phone is shared of their team members. Timeliness is hopeless. I would NEVER recommend anyone to assoiate with Pagetraffic even if they are doing your work free of cost. It will still hurt you.

Unique? Ziltch

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They must hire full time employees who can do work. Their model is based on freelancers and complete lack of transperency.

What was the scope of their involvement?

PageTraffic has managed digital marketing efforts for one of our e-commerce clients. After sharing our requirements, the PageTraffic team shared advice regarding keyword research and made suggestions for the advertising budget. They also created a detailed outline of the anticipated ROI of every possible campaign and keyword set. The team ultimately provided us with two possible advertising plans: Plan A and Plan B.

Now that we’ve chosen a plan, the PageTraffic team has optimized our client’s social media accounts and executed PPC campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google. They’ve also designed creative assets, including images and banners for seasonal offerings. The team has installed analytics to track success, which we’ve used to determine our future advertising budget.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve been satisfied with the results that PageTraffic has delivered. Before engaging them, we focused primarily on print media and local radio. Now that they’ve modernized our marketing strategies and shifted our focus to social media, our client’s sales have increased by 200–400%. 

PageTraffic has made it very easy for us to track which channels have seen the most success. We’ve used analytics to determine where most of our sales come from and inform our decisions about where to spend the marketing budget.

PageTraffic has been the perfect partner in terms of project management. They’ve maintained communication with us through each stage, using Jira to manage tasks. Additionally, the team has submitted biweekly reports, which we’ve discussed in detail.

The project was headed by the team lead, who was the single point of contact, coordinating with our team. However rest of the team members were also available on our regular online calls. In between we had interaction with the CEO of the company as well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are ranking fairly good in the search engine, specially for certain keywords which our client from UK wanted us to highlight. Though the dynamics for search engine keep changing, we are still doing good with the continuous efforts.

The Page Traffic team is very responsive, though we have our weekly calls fixed to discuss the progress of the project, they are available on email and video call for any urgency.

The best thing about the company is that they are taking keen interest in our industry and suggesting ways to get better ranking. They are also suggesting us relevant keywords to get better results. Their communication and understanding of the project is exceptional.

We wanted to find an SEO team that would boost our ranking and bring in more work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They were supposed to improve the structure of our website, add keywords and key-rich HTML files, edit h1 and h2 tags, modify JavaScript, remove CSS files, and integrate Google Analytics into our platform. They also planned to update the site map in the footer of our website and optimize our content by creating new copy.

What is the team dynamic?

When we first hired their team, we had a representative based in the US. However, once our project began, we had a hard time reaching the overseas development team that was supposed to be working on our project. Suddenly, we weren’t able to reach our local representative either.

How did you come to work with PageTraffic?

We found PageTraffic on Clutch—they had a lot of positive reviews and fell within our budget. We’ve used Clutch before and have always been really pleased with the results, so we trusted that they would be a good partner.

We spent $350 for a month of service, and were supposed to pay $300 for the following months.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project began at the beginning of October 2019, but have tried to terminate our contract.

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

Within the first few days of our partnership, we stopped getting any updates from their team. We sent them a few emails raising our concern about the lack of communication and asking them to elaborate on what they’re working on. We never received a reply, so we began searching our site to see what had been implemented.

We referenced our project management tool, Basecamp, to see the project’s progress. It was clear that they hadn’t completed the majority of the task-list and most things were listed as days, or even weeks, overdue.

How did PageTraffic address the challenges that arose?

When I called to terminate our contract and request a refund, they asked if they could complete the work in the last few days of the month. I said no because they were supposed to provide an entire month of service.

In addition to refusing to refund us, I’ve received another invoice because they never canceled our contract. I sent them several emails, and they never replied. So, I had to dispute the payments on PayPal. Since then, I’ve received a few emails from them claiming that they can’t refund me because of the disputes to the payments. However, they also have tried to justify the lack of service with PayPal.

In what specific areas can they improve?

They need to learn that the customer is important. They could have addressed the situation differently by reporting that they were having issues. They need to improve their communication.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

Although they offer a great price, it’s worth it to spend a little more to get what you need. We’ve learned that you get what you pay for. We’ve recently found another partner on Clutch and are looking forward to that partnership.

Since we started working with PageTraffic, our site’s search result rankings have improved. In fact, we list on the first page of search engines for many of our targeted keywords. This has improved our brand reputation and also increased sales.

We have nothing but great things to say about PageTraffic’s customer relations and support. Our company communicated smoothly with PageTraffic. We connected over the phone at least once a week and used email for all other communication. In case we had a question or inquiry, the company was quick to respond, and that’s one thing we really loved about them.

The fact that they are good at what they do and have evidence to back it up is what attracted me to PageTraffic in the first place. But what made me stay is how they go about their process, as well as their customer relations and support. Besides, they are affordable, which isn’t bad for business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For the web design, their team sent me different versions, changes, and tweaks to make my site look better and become more responsive. For SEO, it was initially a lot of on-site work with crafting tags and changing titles. After that, the off-site optimization began with creating feature blog posts, building links, and assisting with social media. The engagement with PageTraffic was a success. Our ranking improved in Google, Bing, and Yahoo searches. My industry is tough, having thousands of keywords. Over time, we were able to grow within search results, which was my goal.

How did PageTraffic perform from a project management standpoint?

A lot of communication was done through email, but their team did have an internal project management tool that allowed me to engage directly with them. I think every business owner spends money to get results faster, but it was as expected and promised. I’m pleased with the results.

Out of all the outsourced companies I’ve dealt with, I’ve been pleased with PageTraffic on all levels. Their communication was always excellent. I was surprised when I would ask a question, even after hours, I would receive a response. It would be a quick answer, saying that someone would follow up the next morning or after the weekend. The amount of time their team was available was surprising with the time difference.

Considering the bad experiences that I’ve had in the past, I had few complaints. My work with PageTraffic was better than any other experience I’ve had with another provider.
