They did communicate on time, I will give them credit for that however it wasn't meaning conversation. They will hand-pick stats to say during our call and ignore all the red flags in the background. I requested more guidance from them and only then they gave me some suggestions for optimization. They failed to give me the most basic tips when it comes to SEO, like my website content, etc.

Every month I have a progress report meeting over the phone with Stephen Dadswell. We go over my Google ranking, our backlinks, citations, keywords and focus on Google reviews. Watching my Google ranking go from very poor to now into the top 10 in my industry and location.

Always deliver on time, discuss new citations campaigns every month and they are always tweaking my business page on the back end.
