The main source of communication between us was whatsapp. Trello was used for project management. The project manager always kept us updated as all milestones were accomplished.

WhatsApp was the main channel through which we communicated. A WhatsApp group was created with our team and oyelabs team. Ashmeet was always there to keep us up to date with the progress and trello was used for project management.

The ability to solve complex problem using technology is the most impressive thing about royal apps. and Their efficiency has impressed us, and they are technically strong.

Oyelabs developed a javascript based web platform. We first decided upon the features we wanted and finalised the workflows and designs before starting the development. The project took about 10 weeks to complete in which all the design and backend were built.

The performance recording has helped our employees including me to manage our time efficiently and it has also made it very easier to analyse the performance of every employee.

The process has been smooth and we have not faced any hindrances. The app is yet to be used and is in the testing phase and we have been receiving regular updates from the team

Our company initiated work from home for all employees in 2020, hence we needed a solution to mark attendance and keep track of their productivity automatically. Our goal was to build a system that would mark attendance and count the working hours of the employees and store all the data on the cloud that could be accessed by the managers anytime.

I have known Anurag for a long time and was in contact with him. I know his work personally, he is very good at solving complex technical problems. When our company decided upon building such a system I referred Oyelabs to my manager. We shortlisted 8 agencies for the project. We had meetings with all of them and finalized to get this built from Oyelabs because they stood out with their experience in building custom software.

The attendance system has made it massively easy for the Hr team to keep track of the employees. The productivity tracking has helped our employees including me to manage our time efficiently and the privacy feature that Santosh suggested is a big help. The dashboard is very interactive and easy to understand. Through this app, we can now apply for leaves easily and the work life balance of employees has improved.

it was effortless for me to communicate with the whole Oyelabs team. We divided the project into stages, with each stage we planned to develop new features and functionalities. Stage one was completed in mid-January, and our goal is to launch the product by March.

We needed a data visualization app for the ads data that we run for our clients. The process of data collection and visualization is a very time taking process for us as we run ads on different platforms the data is fragmented.

Our goal was to make it easy and efficient for our team to analyze the progress of the campaigns that we were running for our clients.

Earlier the campaign data had to be viewed on all the different platforms like Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc. This app brings all those in one place for us.

I found Oyelabs through Google search. I was looking for an app development company in Chandigarh and landed on their website. I also talked to some other agencies in Chandigarh but I went with Oyelabs for the project.

The main problem that we needed to solve is how to fetch the data from all the different platforms and make it visually easy to understand for our team.

Oyelabs team came up with the perfect solution for us and we finalized the tech and our timeline for the project in week 1. Along with this, the Design team was making a new Ui/Ux for our app. I had shared some of my design preferences with them.

It took 2 weeks to complete the design and choosing the tech stack for the final product. The next two months were spent on development and integrations with different platforms.

We saw the final app in October 1st week and the next 2 weeks were spent removing any bugs or eros.

6 team members are working on the project. We have one designer, 4 developers, and Anurag as our project manager.

The app has enabled our team to track the performance of all the campaigns that we run. It has become extremely convenient for us to show the results to our clients as well.

Communication was flexible and easy. Whatsapp was the main medium of communicating and Trello for task management.

I contacted Anurag frequently through WhatsApp and he keeps me updated with everything that’s going on, we also have a weekly meeting with the team.
